Best Western Liberty Inn DuPont JBLM

This was my second time staying here. My only complaint is that both times the pool was out of order. I enjoyed the quiet location and clean room. There are several places to eat near the hotel. The staff was very friendly.

The staff and rooms were great. The breakfast was a great experience each day. However, one reason we booked this hotel was to be able to swim. The pool was closed the whole time due to pipes being broken. We sure were disappointed. Wish we could have been updated b4 checking in. We also were not able to utilize a veteran discount on your site.

Would recommend the Liberty to friends!

The hotel was very clean, everything about the room was fine. Fine. The disappointment and the lower score comes from it being advertised that they have a pool and hot tub and we were looking forward to that after a long day of hiking. We paid an additional $40 for the room over a competitor in order to have the pool and hot tub. Only to be told that they were not working during this season. Had I known that I would have went with a competitor. No refund was offered so very disappointed with the overall experience.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet, convenient

Room was clean, spacious & comfy. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we've ever had! Lots of warm options, very clean. Impressive!

Clean room, personable staff. No hot tub.

My wife was getting ready to leave before check out and a employee tried walking in to the room even though there was a do not disturb sign on the door and it was a half hour before check out . This is ridiculous and not appropriate at all for them to do this . She was extremely scared and upset calling me crying .

The breakfast was excellent! Everyone was friendly and professional.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Pool, hot tub and gym closed

Overall our stay was really nice. I had booked this hotel specifically for the pool but when we got there, we were told that it was under construction. I did talk to the front desk about where that information was and she showed me on the website. I still don't think it was easy to find; but otherwise: the hotel was really nice and clean; the breakfast area was nice and spacious and there was a lot of choices for breakfast. All the staff were super helpful and friendly.

The property was very clean and the staff was very helpful and cheerful. Very well maintained and quiet. It was a cute town and clean as well. We would stay there again. It had a great breakfast assortment as well.

Great location off the hwy at a halfway point, As we headed from Vancouver bc to the oregon coast. Breakfast was delicious. Room was great

The hotel was in a quiet, safe area. Everything was clean. We had to use the laundry and it wss $2 to wash and $2 to dry plus $1 for a tide pod. But that was the only thing that bothered us. Everything else was good. The food was good and had plenty of choices.

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff was super helpful. Beautiful property and great location. The pool is being renovated right now, so that was the only disappointing part of the stay.
