When we settled in for the night and wanted to watch TV, it didn't work. Two of us checked plugs, etc. I called for assistance and there was no one on site to help. The desk clerk could only move us to another room, which we accepted. Oops, she discovered there were no other vacant rooms that had been cleaned. Fortunately for us, the third person checked again and found one of the connections to be loose. The bathroom fan did not work. Breakfast was the typical fare but went until 10am vs 9am at so many places. We were pleased with that. The photo of the outside seating area is deceiving. Although it is a nice area, it is directly between the front of the building and the parking lot. Not exactly relaxing!

We were there for a week but someone came to clean our room only once. We were given clean towers whenever we asked for them. The people working the desk were very helpful.

All was good except the pool was very cold that it was not fun to use

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were super soft and comfortable. Staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. Very pet friendly! Morning coffee was good, however breakfast buffee was just okay.

My flight into town got cancelled Friday (literally sitting on the plane when I was cancelled) That’s besides the point- I still needed the hotel for Saturday night so I called the hotel to make sure I was still going to have a room because I wasn’t checking in on the first nifht- I knew I still had to pay which I was fine with. When I got to the hotel Saturday night - the room was given away and they didn’t have anything to accommodate my family! I just don’t understand how they can charge me for the room and give it away!! I was fine paying for the night I wasn’t there but then to give it away…makes 0 sense and I should not have been charged. This is wrong!

Met and surpassed all expectations! Easy access to I5 and the bases!

They gave our 2 bed + pull out room away so my 12 year old son and 18 year old step daughter ended up having to sleep on the pull out couch together.

Breakfast staff and rooms amazing

Walls were paper thin and clientele were partying into the night. Our room was right above the outdoor sitting area. The breakfast spot had a very inconvenient layout - a table sat in the way of getting food. It was hard to move around and staff wouldn’t be able to clean the sticky floors during breakfast. The lobby doubling as the eating area made for stained furniture which lessened the first look at the property.

Nice property, big rooms and good kitchen. The pool was ice cold and the tile around the pool was extremely slippery. My toddler fell at least 10times trying to get into the pools. There was also visible mold around the shower. There were 3 washers and 3 dryers but only One of each worked! The breakfast was decent if you got there early. We got there about an hour in and it was ransacked! Staff was trying to restock but they said they were out of a lot of the products. No meats left, cold eggs, and hard biscuits.
