Staff and facilities were very good. Breakfast was terrible, the eggs were rubbery, the other hot food not much better. They had good hot breakfast some years ago. Now, it appears with cost cutting, it has really gone downhill.

Double charged our credit card. Man claiming to be the general manager stated it was not his problem. It was. Pool was ice cold, not that we could have enjoyed us after that behavior. Extremely loud. Heavy industrial style room doors that are difficult to close and extremely, extremely loud. I mean loud over the sound of my headphones. Impossible to sleep though. You have to have a Netflix account to use the TV . Warning that you should take detailed pictures and videos of every aspect of the room to protect yourself against erroneous charges . No employees ever responded to our messages. Had to get refunded by the third party booking site because the hotel refused to refund us for the extra charge even though the reservation had been paid in full. Once again stating it wasn't his problem. The third party booking site complained as well that employees of the hotel were not answering the phone to discuss the situation. The employees at the hotel refused to contact the third party booking site to get whatever money they claimed they did not get and instead felt it appropriate to double charge our credit card and refused any form of remedy. Men drinking beer gathered around the entrance upon arrival. Not family friendly. They don't deserve your business. Period.

Too many kids and dogs! Dog hair in the elevator and waiting area. Where went to check in no one was at the desk for 10 minutes. I was calling the hotel when they finally showed up. That was the evening girl. The morning check out guy seemed uninterested. The food area was a mess due to so many kids dropping stuff on the floor. Just overall not a pleasant stay for the money.

The staff was amazing and the room was great!

The room we had was large and there was lots of storage. When we settled in for the night and wanted to watch TV, it didn't work. Two of us checked plugs, etc. I called for assistance and there was no one on site to help. The desk clerk could only move us to another room, which we accepted. Oops, she discovered there were no other vacant rooms that had been cleaned. Fortunately for us, the third person checked again and found one of the connections to be loose. The bathroom fan did not work. Breakfast was the typical fare but went until 10am vs 9am at so many places. We were pleased with that. The photo of the outside seating area is deceiving. Although it is a nice area, it is directly between the front of the building and the parking lot. Not exactly relaxing!

The breakfast for great because you didn't have to get out of bed early to get it. We were there for a week but someone came to clean our room only once. We were given clean towers whenever we asked for them. The people working the desk were very helpful.

All was good except the pool was very cold that it was not fun to use

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were super soft and comfortable. Staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. Very pet friendly! Morning coffee was good, however breakfast buffee was just okay.

I booked this hotel for two nights- a Friday and a Saturday My flight into town got cancelled Friday (literally sitting on the plane when I was cancelled) That’s besides the point- I still needed the hotel for Saturday night so I called the hotel to make sure I was still going to have a room because I wasn’t checking in on the first nifht- I knew I still had to pay which I was fine with. When I got to the hotel Saturday night - the room was given away and they didn’t have anything to accommodate my family! I just don’t understand how they can charge me for the room and give it away!! I was fine paying for the night I wasn’t there but then to give it away…makes 0 sense and I should not have been charged. This is wrong!

Met and surpassed all expectations! Easy access to I5 and the bases!
