Room was very big. You pay for parking! Consider that when choosing a hotel in the area. Check in was a nightmare. It was raining and many guests were trying to check in. 2 check in stations. Only one was checking in guests with what looked a new hire. They were pleasant and very busy. The other station was staffed but pre-occupied to make eye contact or great guests. Just kept their head down doing something on the computer. The coffee bar at 6am was not ready. Only decaf coffee and no tea bags. When the person at the desk was asked if they could replenish the tea and coffee, the response was “I think we are out”. Never got of his seat to look. 2 raccoons running around the parking lot and “in” the trash cans. Pretty cute and look well fed. The tavern adjoining the hotel was great!

Really poor staff, totally under trained check-in took forever. Also, they don’t clean your room if you only stay for two nights.

Our room had a bunk bed, but no blankets provided for them. Everything else was great, though.

I booked this particular hotel because it was advertised as having a free continental breakfast. I arrived, and was charged $10 every day. Two days the eggs were extremely dry as was the oatmeal and was almost out. I had to request some to be cooked for me, which I was grateful they were able to do for me so at least I was able to get breakfast. For dinner I went and ordered the burger that was supposed to have the aïoli sauce. I was not told they were out, and the burger came without any sauce at all. I asked for the aïoli sauce and was told they didn't have any. I asked for barbecue sauce of which there wasn't any. Instead she brought out packets of mayonnaise which is absolutely not something that I would ever put on a burger. In the end the server was nice and did not charge me for the meal. Which I did not finish

The facility took my card for room, charged $482.31 for unknown reason, when I showed my bank statement of my confirmed Booking payment September 1st, and the charge from Holiday Inn on the first day of my stay, the manager blamed Booking.com. I was threatened to kicked out if I pursued the issue further. We were charged $10 per vehicle to park in the hotel parking lot, we had 4 motorcycles. The TV was broken. This hotel completely ruined our high hopes of the best time. I had to use credit cards because most of the money I had saved was removed by the Holiday Inn with no explanation from my bank and any talk with this meant having no place to stay after spending $874. For the stay.

We had a really nice stay. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Everything felt taken care of, and we were able to get a good night’s rest without a lot of noise. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Couldn’t operate the AC independently, hotel had controlled thermostat, totally unacceptable!!! Had to leave your key in bathroom control lighting or lights would shut off!! Unacceptable. Hotel snacks, way overpriced!!! No shower pressure! Front desk not accommodating! Don’t recommend staying there!

Hotel was in a great location. Very walkable. Didn’t like the fact that they charged for parking and then told you breakfast in restaurant was $10.00. The hotel restaurant was badly run. It put a real stain on hotel. Needless to say I will not stay there again. Room was average at best, not enough to give it a 4 star.
