DoubleTree by Hilton Durango

This is a great property, I would highly suggest a room on the river side. There is a nice trail, we had a great meal at the beer garden looking out on the water. The staff was friendly . Highly recommend, we will stay there again .

The EV charging was not working, which was one of the primary reason for us to select this hotel.

Every thinking such a beautiful place. Hidden fee , did not know they charge for parking place per day and some little major issues.

the only thing is that they missed to clean a room one of the days, but that we can live with. But we didn't miss the warm delicious cookies at the evening.

Nice location by the river. Rooms with balconies were very nice and spacious.

Overall Rating: 5/5 We booked this stay after a terrible night in Pagosa Springs, and the DoubleTree Durango was exactly the rescue we needed. The early check-in was granted without any hassle, and the front desk staff were absolutely fantastic—warm, caring, and professional. They set the tone for a wonderful stay. The Room & View: The room was much larger than expected, with plenty of extra space to spread out. The balcony overlooking the river walk was the highlight—absolutely breathtaking and so peaceful. We loved just sitting out there watching the water flow and even had a family of ducks wander by! Amenities: The room was spotless and came with a microwave and refrigerator, which was super convenient. The bathroom was very clean, and I really appreciated the great-smelling shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We had a minor bathroom repair issue, but maintenance responded immediately thank you for the perfect place to lay my head after a very bad accommodation situation in Pagosa Springs.

Lovely hotel and staff. One night the beds was uncomfortable for my dad and the food was so so. Beer garden was lovely right on the river. Room needed some maintenance but not too bad.

On the riverside was great. Weird they charged for parking in an open lot though.

The location was excellent and walkable to main street.....only a couple of blocks. The bar was very comfortable and relaxing, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff as well as the cleaning staff were all very nice and helpful. There were good recommendations for things to do and restaurants There was no luggage rack in room. It was very hot in the room when we arrived and very hot outside. It would have been nice to have the air conditioning on. The drainage in the shower was very bad. We had water over our ankles while showering.

Location Very worn dirty rooms for the price I paid

Our room was very nice and clean. The only thing we did not like were the beds and pillows. The mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.

On a 90th birthday trip with my mom…had a gorgeous room with a balcony overlooking the river…just lovely! Super comfy beds in a spacious room with a modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Great Staff but the hotel was a little run down. the hotel was clean, but the beds were horrible. The beds were so worn out it was hard to get a good night sleep.

River view

Very nice river view in our room. Only issue is that shuttle service not available to and from Airport. There are two shuttles on property but are only used for airport staff and not hotel guests. Even if there was a nominal charge we should have been able to use shuttle as taxi service is very unreliable and lengthy. We waited over an hour at airport for taxi.

Beautiful property with everything you need, restaurant and lounge. Walking distance to downtown Durango. Rooms were clean and good sized with a nice balcony by the river. Clean pool and hot tub.

That Heather at the front desk could not be more knowledgeable kind and caring towards a guest needs!
