The room smelled very strong of smoke and the smell was hard to handle

Woke up to our door never locking when we went to bed. Charged $6.00 a piece for water. Desk staff was helpful when we checked out.

Room looked clean enough & inviting - liked the couch /ottoman- but seemed dusty. No extra towels in room for 2 adults (last stay we had 3 complete sets of towels). Lobby looked inviting, but we weren’t staying for the lobby. An off duty construction worker (? Staying on the property?) siting in side building exit on a bench, speaking Spanish, reeking of weed and drinking a huge beer when we were trying to exit to get dinner. Used front entrance upon getting our takeout meal, and he was still there. Disappointed, not to find machine on 1st floor. Was told only upper floors had ice machines, signage inadequate. Had to ask front desk where to go to get ice. Customer service front desk employee arrived late this morning and held up checkout. No other employees visible. No box to place room keys in seen, or we would have simply done that. Unfortunately we will look elsewhere for our next trip.

Have security cameras in the parking lot and have security. My car windows were busted out two nights in a row.

The staff there are amazing and kind. The room was perfect, quiet and comfortable. I will be staying there again in the future!

Not too bad in terms of cleanliness and over all appearance. Problems were at the staff. They tried to be helpful but I don't know what's going on. I booked via Expedia and the reservation clearly states I would have $11 credits for breakfast. The staff had no idea how to implement this. After a few minutes he tried to make me whole by offering me a free breakfast. Problem was I never got it. After asking him how to actually get it I walked to the cafe and asked how to use my credit and she said I had to charge to the room so i did. Upon checkout I was charged the full amount. Misleading to say the least and possibly fraudulent.

Excellent Italian restaurant right next door.

Front desk staff were courteous and efficient despite the fact that their system was down. Very helpful.

My car got broken into along with 7 other cars. We were told that this had happened every night this week and the hotel neglected to inform us. Our property was stolen. I would not recommend anyone stay here. I will be pursuing a refund.

The staff was pleasant when we interacted with them, but no one checked in to see how our stay was unless we approached them first. Breakfast was not included, which was disappointing given the overall price. Overall, I expected more from a Marriott. There are nicer, more modern hotels in the area, and I would probably choose one of those next time unless this property undergoes a transformation.

Didn't get breakfast. Mildew smelled in room when air conditioner temperature adjusted. Which affects breathing; visiting for AAU track!

We checked in later in the evening. Had to wait a few minutes for the front staff person to arrive to check us in; he seemed to be preoccupied with his previous task as he checked us in. All good though. The room was comfortable and the in room amenities were fine. Only issue with the stay was the ice machine on our floor was out of order so I had to go down a floor to get some ice for my cooler. Property was clean and tidy and the room was also very quiet. A nice quick stay was had by our family. Location was also nice as the things we were going to do were all nearby.

Nothing in particular

Everything thing was on point and reasonable

Rooms are fine but a bit dated. There are no USB ports and very few outlets to charge. Good location off the highway and several good restaurants close by to walk to.
-
None of the card locks were working on room doors. Could never reach a front desk person either before or during stay. Room smelled strongly of insecticide or some other type of chemical. Hair on bathroom floor. Very dated and depressing. Very low ceilings in hallways made us feel claustrophobic. Homeless in parking lot. Sign at front desk warned of increased car breakins in the area. We left after one night to stay somewhere else.

Staff was wonderful. Very clean. Highly recommend
