Clean room, comfortable bed, professional, and helpful staff. Surrounding area is a little less than desirable but everything on the property made it a safe comfortable stay. I would stay again without a question.

There is always something not working. The last time the card keys weren’t working. This time the TVs weren’t working

The room was comfortable and easy to get to as it was right off the highway. The breakfast buffet was well stocked although the seating was a bit limited. The central air in the building was out during my stay, but the AC in the room wasn’t affected. There was definitely easy parking and easy to get to other places in the Durham area.

Great breakfast, friendly staff

We stayed here for four days because we were visiting Duke University. The office staff (Stephanie and others) were friendly and super accommodating. The grounds are well kept and it felt safe to walk around. The room was clean and we felt comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, full buffet style. We jumped in the pool and the pool area is nice for hanging out and having a drink. Their workout room is small but it has everything you need to get a good workout. I will definitely stay here again.

Left early morning and appreciated being able to take fruit in a carry away bag for breakfast! Wished internet connected automatically like it does as I visit other IHG properties.

The rooms were very clean tight but clean. The beds were super comfortable. The room was updated with all new outlets and furniture. The bathroom was clean and the lighting was bright. We did have an issue with the toilet not flushing but was able to fix it ourselves with opening the top part and adjusting the chain. We were disappointed because the pool was closed because someone threw up near the pool and no one cleaned it up. Which didn’t make sense. We also called the night before to make sure the pool would be open because we were traveling with 2 autistic didn’t want to set them up for disappointment. The breakfast area was very clean and a decent selection however could only get the last 3 pancakes no more with 2 more hours left. So it was enough for one kid. Things could have been better but I guess I get what I get for the price.

Clean rooms and Very courteous staff

Typical road hotel. Several of the USB outlets and plugs in the room didn't work. The whole floor smelled like cigarette smoke, we suspect because the smoking area is right underneath the A/C unit for the hallway. It was fine.

I like that the property was close to I 85, I also like the coffee machine. I didn’t like that there’s a holly bush in the dog area. Holly bushes are poisonous to dogs and cats, and also dove body washes can cause cancer.
