It was an affordable option in a good location but the floors weren’t fully attached to the ground and the walls were so thin. There were a lot of signs saying that it’s not the hotel’s fault if your stuff gets stolen which did worry me I won’t lie. I also kinda wish the rooms had more amenities like a minifridge or a microwave. Would’ve been super helpful. Overall, it’s not the worst place to stay, but it’s definitely not the best.

Location and price Tub could have been cleaner. They need rubber mats in the tub. Air freshener would be nice. Need a coffee pot in each room.

N/A Where it was located, the sign they had out front that said “park here at your own risk”.

We stay at this property pretty often.. Just wish the showers and the floors were a little bit cleaner.. but other than that it's a good place to stay..

Nothing it was disgusting, the whole place smelled like weed. It could’ve have smelled better and been cleaner the beds were full of stains. We asked to get moved from the rooms 2 times and it was just worse and worse. The area was also not safe and we saw literal crackheads doing drugs in the staircase and not just weed.

The stay was better than the last time, the room I had was more up to date. The only issue I had was I had to pay a 50.00 deposit when I arrived to the hotel. I prepaid for the room in advance and he said it was for a smoking deposit. I just stayed there a few weeks ago and didn’t pay a deposit. I don’t smoke but it should’ve been said online when booking the room and not told at the time of check in. I stayed 2 nights and housekeeping did come knock on my door to bring fresh linen if needed. It was a sign in the lobby saying I’d you needed them to come into your room let the front desk know by 10am which was a good thing for those who didn’t want to be disturbed.

However what was disappointing was that the lobby didn’t even have these on request. It’s not that expensive to get the most basic of amenities for your customers. A communal Iron and hairdryer can not cost more than $50. A used microwave, which would not only be nice for your customers but also your employees so they could heat up lunch, can’t be more than $30. These little things just show a cheapness and lack of care for the customer’s experience. In terms of cleanliness, it was ok. Surfaces and bed weren’t bad , floor was sticky. Oh and the policies they have, such as only 15 min in the lobby is off putting. I was hopeful staying here, and have had decent experiences at 2 star hotel, but honestly my experience here just made me feel like I should have spent a bit extra to stay at another hotel. Management needs to do better

The poeple was nice Everything was not good

It was close to the location I needed to go Everything else. The room smells like vomit. No one came to clean the room. The shower is dirty as all get out with other peoples hair still in the shower and God knows what else. The rug hasn’t been shampooed in forever it looks like. The chair has crumbs and other stuff that is very questionable in the cracks. Something bit me during my stay as well

We left right after checking in and paid for one night rather than actually staying there. The room door barely closed, the elevator was patched with duct tape, the hallway was dark and dirty, the towels looked like old rags, the attendent at checkin said we should park on the far side of the parking lot so we could see our car from the room, (like I should also be worried about my car!). We felt so umcomfortable, we just left and for a small amout more stayed in a hotel that was 1000% better. Fortunately the representative at Hotels.com was able to help us and even gave us some of the money back that we lost for the last minute cancellation. It is listed at about a 7, it should be as 1
