No breakfast, no microwave, no refrigerator, no soap in the room.

The hotel is older but it’s well kept. For the price I would absolutely stay there again without hesitation. There are also plenty of outlets for phones and such. Two things I disliked - no elevator and no mini fridge in the room. However, there is free ice on the first floor.

Very rude, demanding and aggressive you have no niceness no care no nothing just me and Shirley. I hated it and I’m glad that I left. I will never ever return it again. Nothing

Yes, the ac unit didn't work right, the bathroom was not clean, the "clean" towels and washcloths looked like they had recently been used, the gentlemen that checked me in when i arrived was super rude, and I was very unsatisfied!

Quiet and comfortable. Staff at the desk was fantastic all in all a good stay . I’ll be back again.

I booked my room with Expedia cuz I needed to chk in quickly when I arrived in Durham. I asked for a early chk in IF THE ROOM was available and I would pay a early chk in fee if required. I was never responded with a message of validation of yes or no and so I arrived at 130pm to chk in when chk in time is 3pm an hour and half away. He told me id have to pay $30 to chk in an hour and half early when I was never told this. Room was only $49 and u want more than 1/2 of total stay just to chk in an hour and half early so I declined. Returned at 330pm and was checked into a king size standard room #220. At chk in Front desk staff had lobby door locked at 330pm and was arguing with a woman telling her to leave or he'd call the police. So he chkd me in I went to my room turned on air conditioner to start cooling the room cuz outside temp was 97 degrees. I took a shower and started watching TV went to dinner and came back to my room and it was still so hot in the room I was sweating and this was 715pm so almost 3 hours since I chkd in 3 hours this air has been running and it still hasn't cooled this small room? Something isn't right i thought. So I went to check the unit make sure its on cool make sure the fan is on make sure the temp is set at lower temperature chk filter all of that I assessed and everything was on correct settings. So obviously its not working properly and needs maintenance that I can't provide so I proceed to inform front desk. I use the phone in my room dialed

It was an affordable option in a good location but the floors weren’t fully attached to the ground and the walls were so thin. There were a lot of signs saying that it’s not the hotel’s fault if your stuff gets stolen which did worry me I won’t lie. I also kinda wish the rooms had more amenities like a minifridge or a microwave. Would’ve been super helpful. Overall, it’s not the worst place to stay, but it’s definitely not the best.

Location and price Tub could have been cleaner. They need rubber mats in the tub. Air freshener would be nice. Need a coffee pot in each room.
