No support system for any thing needed, including Kitech thing when we do advertise about kitchen support ,It was complete opposite to El Paso Experience , asking money for kitchen item? why then add? no breafast when I select it was with breakfast no night support to dial on phone from lobby 0 not working 3rd evening staff was not copereative

The staff was amazing, and very helpful. I like how understanding everyone was and when you don’t like or things in the room don’t work they will make sure your good.

The room had roaches.

Two rooms were roach infested and smelled like cat pee. We left within 15 mins of checking in.

The 1st room I checked in had roaches in it so we moved, I saw 1 roach n that room but figured it was impossible to move where none were at that point, one of my nights there I asked for toilet paper and they said they had ran out so I had to go to store and buy tissue for my own room, I asked for towels and they made me bring mine down to be washed and gave back to me, 1st I ever seen this at a hotel

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Absolutely disgusting. Killed cockroaches all night, pull out couch had no mattress, dirty, damaged, smelled like smoke, and in a bad area. Avoid at all costs. I wish I could get my money back.

It was quiet at night, very close to the airport. The front desk staff is very nice.

entire place full of cockroaches, even in the bed. FOOD inside the pull out sofa, and trash. it was DISGUSTING.
