Extended Stay America Suites Raleigh RTP 4919 Miami Blvd

There was a loud beeping noise outside, in the hallway, that prevented us from getting a good night sleep. It sounded like the microwave turning off and beeping every few minutes. The room appeared freshly painted. However, there was major infestation with roaches. There were dead roaches through out the room. At night, they were crawling everywhere, especially in the bathroom. You could see on the wall that others had killed roaches, by smear marks along with the roach leg on the wall. The door, could not be locked, only closed. The lever thing to double lock the door, would not lock in place. Found no staff to discuss any issues. Only when checked out, saw a staff at counter, said good morning we are checking out. All they said "You are all set."

They serve a really light breakfast muffins, coffee and tea. Rooms need renovated. Roach infested need to exterminate. Staff was friendly and helpful in getting me into a up to date and cleaner room.

Good location The bathroom floors are rotting in rm 135. Probably everywhere. You can see how the cleaners do minimal work. Not moving anything around or taking pride in that they have a job cleaning the rooms and get paid. The entry and dining room look great!

Grad and go breakfast. Doors were unlocked which was a huge safety concern. Rooms were halfway updated with possible ceiling and walls messed up

Absolutely nothing about this place I liked. Rooms were nasty had to change rooms from the original the room smelled like rotten fish. The pool was shut down and the alarm on the back door would go off after midnight every night. When I needed to extend my stay they made me do a security deposit every time, then canceled my refund so I’m out 300 bucks. They had people on the side of the building asking other people for money and doing drugs in the parking lot.

Nothing at all The bathroom was dirty and the hallways stink really bad. It was not worth it. Then you have to pay a 100 dollar deposit which is not listed online when you book. They breakfast was included but all they put out was coffee, muffins, and oatmeal. You had to take your towels down for them to wash and go back later to grab them instead of them giving you a new set. Didn’t see any house keeping. There are homeless people standing around the outside. Just horrible. And my light switch for the kitchen didn’t work

Roaches

The place could use a renovation. The tub had some sort of black stuff sitting in it, the drain was rusty. Mold in the corners that were previously covered up by thick coats of caulk. Tables in the cafe area had crumbs on them. The A/C was not working, but the night attendant managed to get it back on. I would not stay here again and don't recommend that you do.

2. Drink machine - maybe five drinks with only one or two in the slots 3. Snack machine - chips had all fallen into the door was no way to get a snack out 4. No ice machine 5. Room had an odor of Indian food DOD not smell clean or fresh 6. 2 Wash cloths for 3 people for 2 days 7. Soap tray in shower was moldy 8. Tv did not work due to internet not working 9. Internet did not work and then tried to get us to purchase more seems silly for a hotel especially an extended stay 10. Overpriced for what you got 11. Fitted sheet did not fit right in bed kept coming off during night 12. Sleeper sofa was terrible 13. Fix the safety alarm on the back door 14. Room door would not latch unless you pulled it really hard

The rooms had ROACHES.

Clean and smoke free environment Nothing.

Extended Stay America doesn’t care for its customers and will steal your money without any justification.
