It is okay

It’s clean room quiet room for better sleep

Elevator was always a scarry ride! Not sure if it would stop or fall and noisy! Carpets were dirty and stained bad. Breakfast was fair. Weeds were top shelf over the grass ( I think it was grass). The employees used main entrance for their parking. No more staying there for us!!!!

A little run down since our last visit.

The room smelled musty and moldy. Was damp, the beds felt moist. The room beside us and across the hall had their sinks/toilets back up. The breakfast was not refilled as used, food or utensils. Once gone, no more to be had. Checked out a day early due to the quality of the stay, not enjoyable at all. When our displeasure was shared with the front desk we were told, he could not due anything and a manger would call as soon as he got in. It’s 3 days later still no phone call. Would not recommend staying at this facility.

Dirty and not well mainted

We arrived late and found one parking spot quite a distance from entrance with no handicap parking available. Upon checking there were vehicles taking these spots that had no handicap plates or tags hanging. Reported to front desk and nothing was done. First room we were checked into had not been cleaned. Second room had something sprayed on the ceiling. Disappointed to say the least

Overall great

There was nothing unique. Our toilet did not work properly and a hanging rack was coming out of the wall. When reporting this they did not offer any solution. Just said it was sold out. Very disappointing

The worst part of the stay was the final morning. We woke up to two inches of standing water in the bathroom sink. Once the neighboring room began showering, that quickly went from two inches to overflowing. I would recommend that all stay away from this hotel until it is under new management and is fully renovated.

Our return trip to the airport was a disastrous nightmare. I booked a 7:15am shuttle (for a 9 am flight) with the front desk the night prior, which they later confirmed with a call to the room. My kid and I were ready to go in the lobby by 7:00am, but the shuttle just never arrived. After repeatedly asking for updates and emphasizing that we NEEDED to get to the airport, we were finally added to the 8:15am shuttle, leaving at 8:05. We were unable to get our bag checked on to our flight and had to sprint for our plane before the doors closed. We made it, but it was an understandably traumatic experience for my kid, and our luggage is floating out there somewhere to arrive much later. Kiddo is very worried about his Legos.

Perfect

The hotel was nice and the rate was good however I had to give 4 stars because the front entrance was covered in hornets nests and we told the front desk however we were there 3 days and they were all still there when we left and hornets everywhere. Hopefully they do something about them. Everything else was nice and affordable.

Where to begin! Microwave had no handle, not usable. Had to get a new key every am, kept checking us out. Ran out of breakfast on Sunday. Had more but not keeping up. Noise control, awful. Could hear all hall/other room noise. Room vibrated when people walked in hall. Elevator SO slow and squealed on stop every floor. Grounds looked neglected. Weedy. Parking lot had potholes. Had "swamp coolers" in breakfast room and lobby, so wondering about AC health. TV, microwave and fridge plugged into office type power strip (out in plain sight). Desk chair broken. We did not talk to staff about ALL the things, but those we did, they seemed very uninterested. Like the keys, "yeah, that happens all the time. Don't know why." We talked to another guest, same issue. He thought it was "just him" as we did. There are a TON of hotels in this area. My advice, choose a different one!

Clean room, however hot tube was down. Still currently is. Not the bet hotel but decent for the money.

We stayed at Country Inn & Suites in Eagan for 9 days this June for our daughter’s wedding, and this was our second stay here. We booked three rooms as well as the meeting room for a pre‑wedding event. The suites were spacious, clean, and very comfortable.The staff truly made our stay exceptional, Michael, Momin, and Sam were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Even the general manager, Pravesh, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.It genuinely felt like a second home for us in Minnesota. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

The location and we have previously stayed here We checked in and were sent to a dirty room on the 3rd floor and was told the elevator was out of order. We had someone staying with us that couldn’t do stairs. We asked for a room on the 1st floor and they couldn’t accommodate us so they said they would refund us the charge. We have not received the refund and have called numerous times but are always told the manager is out and that’s the only person who can help me.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Plus, I found it $100 cheaper and they wouldn’t price match. It’s dirty we had to clean the tub out before we got into it. The showerhead won’t move so you can only clean half your body in the water didn’t get hot. There’s only one light bulb in every light. The toilet is not working. There was no toilet paper the beds are hard as hell the air conditioner didn’t work. The carpet is dirty I am so upset that I probably won’t even book with bookings anymore because the Customer Service won’t help me while I was staying here. We had to move rooms because the air conditioner was unplugged leaking and loud and then Customer Service were annoyed because I had to ask for another room.

Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Pool and hot tub looked really dirty. Disappointing.
