Studio 6 Extended Stay Minneapolis Airport Eagan North MN

I booked a room for my son. He spent $35 on an uber to get there. Sign on the door said 'get refund by calling third party for booking'. He had to find another hotel. Still awaiting a refund.

Next, the cleaning staff simply stopped showing up. Lastly, the Internet bill wasn't paid (at least that's what the staff member said) so it was shutoff. Eventually, it was turned back on; however none of the staff knew how to restart the whole system. Was left without internet for the last two days of my stay

Needs a better management

Don't book here it was a nightmare. Couldn't check in since they had no clean rooms available and for 2 weeks have been unable to contact the property. They took the money never checked me in and made it impossible to get a refund

They canceled my reservation. That I wasn't able to stay at the property

The moment you enter the hotel, the entire place smells strongly of marijuana. The surrounding area looks unsafe and neglected, one of the elevators barely works, and even the main entrance was broken because someone had damaged it. The entire property feels chaotic, poorly maintained, and completely mismanaged. This place should not be operating in its current condition. It needs to be shut down, inspected, and placed under entirely new management. Because of their complete lack of preparation and professionalism, I had to find and book another hotel at the very last minute. Absolutely unacceptable.

Made a reservation and arrived at the hotel to check in, only to be told they had no rooms available. Even though was never able to check in or stay at the property, they still charged my card and have refused to issue a refund. I’ve called every day trying to get an update or resolve the issue, but my calls are either ignored or I’m hung up on. The lack of customer service and refusal to address the problem has been extremely frustrating.

Not much. I registered at the front desk and when I went to my room, somebody was already occupying that room. They gave me a different room which had a funky smell. They called me and said they needed to transfer me into a different room which is now the third room. Chipped paint, the floors could’ve been cleaner, the towels had stains. Not impressed!

I asked for a refund within minutes of checking in. Front desk was very accommodating and apologized profusely. I did appreciate them for trying to rectify the situation.

Hallways of the hotel were gross..the smell was horrific, the room was filthy but the clerk at the front desk said it was marked as cleaned someone needs to lose their job like ASAP.. better yet shut down that whole property.. just shameful.. (I wouldn't recommend a homeless person live there).. Now think real hard on that last statement and let it REALLY sink in....

When we arrived they told us that they would be refunding the cost as they had no rooms.

This has been the worst experience I have been charged for nights I’ve paid for 2 time in the last month! Terrible service all around

Probably not a average experience but as i entered the fire alarms started going off so the front desk had to go deal with that. Took awhile for everything to settle down i had a plane early in the morning and was tired from all the traveling. Eventually they got to me after about a half hour just to tell me all there rooms are dirty. I had already made reservations there so they sent me to a sister hotel
