The property is disgusting. When we check on the rooms the bathrooms, kitchen is dirty. The lobby is so dirty. Like no one cleaned. The outside is not taking care of

Please don't go there unless you are absolutely desperate.

Absolutely, nothing good to write about.

Had a rough check-in (no one was there initially), but the room was comfortable and pretty quiet. I also liked the kitchen area; very helpful for longer stays.

The staff was friendly

Outside looked nice Old rooms, musty smell. Bathroom was not acceptable.

Two other people were trying to get a room by calling and had been calling for over a hour with no answer I did not get a room number or any key….The place was very dirty, dark,and felt unsafe I left, there was no room availsble to me per my reservation. I would not have stayed in that dirty dump! I didn’t like anything about the place

It seems that they’re not putting any effort to clean the property. , it’s like a ghost hotel. Very bad experience,DON’T BOOK. We didn’t even able to check in because the front desk was closed when we got there, there was no one in the front, they pod locked the check in area,what’s worst is we paid it online, they should’ve contacted us if there was something wrong so we can cancel the reservation and find another place to stay in, we’ve travelled for 7 hours, we booked it one day ahead they still had time to contact us. But they didn’t care. So we had to find another hotel to stay in for the night, so we had to pay again.It’s very inconvenient. Now, we went back to the this property to get a refund but the front lady was not very helpful, she tossed us around to whoever, very rude, and she was always away to her desk.I called different people,the third party, I got an answer, but we were so upset because she didn’t even do anything she didn’t answer the email from the third party, so we can get our refund on the same day that we went back there.Now, we have to wait, no one knows if when we get our refund. It was not clean.

The room was definitely not the same as the photos. We had a tub that look like it hasnt been scrubbed down in long time. The top of the shower wall was falling apart with mold spots. Alot of dust chunks around the ceiling, the entrance you get a wet dog with cigarette smell. When the a/c turns on a bad odor comes out. Just not what i expected when seeing the photos to what was in reality.

Some rooms were still dirty. Staff if ok. They gave me at first the worst rooms, then after better ones.

Bathroom sink was clogged, wall lights didn't work & the bathtub faucet wasn't in place (was laying on tub) tv remote didn't work. This is in addition to not having the type of room that I reserved, was supposed to be double handicap & they don't even have such a thing. Never ever again!!!

Staff not helpful

The room I booked doesn't even exist, they put me in a different room type but couldn't accommodate the length of the stay I booked. I had to clean my own room due to no housekeeper, and after being there 5 nights I still never received face towels because everytime I went and asked they were "still washing them" hotel smells horrible and was dirty. The two gals I dealt with at the front desk, however, were AMAZING and handled the issues to the best of their ability, it's poor management and owner responsibility unfortunately.
