Studio 6 Extended Stay Minneapolis Airport Eagan MN

Staff all new stating management in another country. They were having difficulty with checking in my new reservation so gave me a key kept in same room hour later knocking on door stating I was to check out then saw me oh oh sorry. Asked about getting a pan for using the stove told they would leave one at desk then nothing. And everyone working their confused as to what was happening. Yes we extended stay as husband had heart surgery and not ready to travel. With staff that has knowledge could be a great place.

New staff so checking in was very slow and unorganized but I believe this is temporary and staff will do better as they learn the process. They were very apologetic and wanting to figure out the issue. Rooms were clean but very basic, which we didn't mind. It was very quiet when we were there.

It was the work property that I have booked. The bathroom was not cleaned. Had mold in the tub and nothing was done about it. Room its self was ok. Room key constantly wouldn’t work. I had to keep going to tell them that it wasn’t working. And when I first checked in the put me into a room that someone else was staying in already and gave me the key card for that person room and I walked right in on them

Mold stains in the bathroom sink, filthy stained carpets, stained dirty refrigerator door, the front desk person not here at check in...15 minutes before they showed up. TV didn't work but said fix it in the morning. I sId now...moved to a other room...took 1 hr to basically check in and have a the room to myself.

Showed up and the front desk was chained shut. A lady came from a room to help, telling us there was not a room available for us. Even though we had a reservation. There were very suspicious people that made it very uncomfortable to stay. Canceled the reservation and left.

no breakfast or even coffee. were unable to get a lamp or kitchen faucets repaired, but place was clean and quiet and dog friendly. staff was pleasant and helpful

Upon entering, there was no clear identifier that an employee was avail until one spoke up. No uniform or proper attire for representative work. It didn’t look like they finished the paint job on the baseboards. I will say it IS INDEED a true extended stay. I told them to cancel my reservation expeditiously as we didn’t belong there & we were VERY uncomfortable. They did with no hesitation & I thank them for that. I will say, you’re definitely gonna get what you pay for here. Good luck.

Expedia overbooked this property and we had to scramble last minute. Obviously, we will not make the mistake of using Expedia again.

Bathroom sink/counter area had dry paint or nail polish, molding around the wall was taped with duct tape, curtains dirty or moldy (wasn’t getting close enough to investigate), dogs barking all hours of the night, low shower pressure, tub didn’t look to have been cleaned and room deposit was never refunded.

Beware. The photos listed for this hotel are of a different hotel, different building. It’s insane how they are able to get away with this. We call to see if we can get early check in, they’re fully booked, so be it. Then we arrive over an our past our scheduled check in time and the room is still not ready. In a rush so drop our belongings in the room whilst the cleaner is still in there. Arriving back at the hotel late night I am being told by a guest that this is not a safe place, that I should beware of certain rooms if I come into contact with them I will be attacked. Then tells me I need to keep an eye on my girlfriend and protect her from the people that roam here. We go to bed feeling incredibly unsafe. In the morning is when I check the listing again and realized that the photos posted are of different rooms and a different building. The room was disgusting, stained walls, black grime covering the bathtub and shower, broken lights, broken outlet covers. Disgusting. I contact Expedia who were helpful in trying to get me a refund as we were not going to be staying here for the rest of our trip. The hotel refused and when we went to leave there was no one to be found at the front desk. Insane how they are able to get away with this. Save yourselves and DO NOT STAY HERE!

I never even got to stay. They said I would have a room and then there wasn't one. What I saw of the property when I went to check in was not good.

This was absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever seen. I thought based on its location it would be at least somewhat passable. The only acceptable reason to stay at this place is literally that the alternative would be to be homeless. There was dirt, smudges and fingerprints on every surface in every hallway and every room. Plumbing fixtures and furniture were broken everywhere. The room was not even clean when I got it. It had not been thoroughly cleaned in what may have been years. I could not leave there fast enough. The only redeeming factor is that the front desk staff quickly refunded me without question when I told them plainly this place was unacceptable. Even the lobby seemed to lack functional air conditioning.

Hotel was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Got there at 10:45 pm and no one was at the desk. Finally someone came by and my reservation was cancelled by someone who worked there without telling me. Even though I had a reservation they didn’t have room type available.

Great for long stays and with pets.

Nothing disgusting place bad customer service and bad people Nest not clean people smoking everywhere it stinks

The property is disgusting. When we check on the rooms the bathrooms, kitchen is dirty. The lobby is so dirty. Like no one cleaned. The outside is not taking care of
