Good hotel just needs some updating.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was courteous. Roomds clean!

Amazing place. We went for WWE summerslam. Great location. 5 stars.

The room was noisy and not super clean, some hairs on towels. And the AC was set to 61, what a waste and freezing cold.

Really comfortable stay, I’d stay again. Beds super comfy, everything clean. Nice breakfast, nice location.

The shower was also awful. I was either being sprayed with ice cold freezing water or boiling hot that burned me. Breakfast was edible, but never changed and was mediocre at best. Eggs and hashbrowns were quite gross. Waffle maker was the saving grace. Staff was kind. Bed was comfortable. Location is great. Next time I plan to stay at the holiday inn next door.

There is ants on the floors and bed . Washroom is too old. Breakfast is good.

The room we were in was still under remodel, the shades did not work, there were tools left in the room and the bathroom was not finished. The shower flooded the bathroom.

This is a great budget hotel. Clean and comfortable.

Staff were really nice and helpful. Room was dirty. There were popcorn kernels and crumbs between the two beds, and there were straw wrappers and an empty water bottle under the chair by the AC. There were also bugs in the washroom and by the fridge.

I noticed it was recently purchased by choice hotels. As of now they are reconditioning and updating some things. Overall the room was clean, the Staff is really nice and generally a nice hotel that is not too expensive. It is located in a good clean area that felt safe to be in. I do not have anything negative to say about the hotel.

Pool would be great idea and shuttle service to airport

This hotel is close to the airport and Mall of America and a lot of restaurant choices. The staff were friendly upon check-in. My only complaint is that the water was either scalding or cold and our toilet ran periodically for no reason. Because the water was so cold this caused condensation on the toilet tank. Not a deal breaker just annoying. We did not alert the front desk or house keeping of the issue because we were not staying long term. So there is a possibility they would have handled it or moved us to a new room if we alerted them. But because the rest of the room was nice we didn’t think it was that major. We just left the bathroom fan on.
