Everything was very nice no complaints

Just had a 5-star experience! While the suite felt a bit outdated, the customer service was absolutely top-notch—the reception team was so helpful around the clock. I loved all the amenities, though it was a shame it was too chilly to swim in the outdoor pool. The mini breakfast bar was the perfect way to fuel up before heading out for a day!

Property in need of massive updates. I’ve stayed at the other two TownePalce Suites in the area that are nicer and better maintained than this on is. The curtains in our room were shredded, The tiling and baseboards, especially in the bathroom were all piling, rusted, or damaged. We stayed two nights and housekeeping did not come to our room, we had to go to the front desk to replenish our towels. The elevators are sketch: slow, loud, and screechy. Breakfast was passable, I mean they had different options, but nothing really hot and fresh. Probably fine if you need a short quick stay by the airport with a shuttle, but there is a Springhill next door that looked a tad nicer from the outside. I have usually had good luck with TownePlace, but not this time. I wouldn’t return without updates and wouldn’t recommend until then.

The overall condition of the property and furniture was deplorable. The bathroom doors were not closing properly, and there were cracks in them. The sofa was dirty and torn, and the carpets had holes and tears. The curtains also had holes. Some window did not have screen others was torn. The air conditioning unit took an excessively long time to turn on. We had to wear socks throughout our stay because the flooring and room did not feel clean. The main door was damaged and not locked properly. Other non guest could access the premises without any restrictions. Marriott, as a 3-star hotel, failed to meet the expectations of its guests. The furniture conditions were extremely poor.

Spacious rooms with well equipped kitchen. As a frequent traveler to hotels, I found this location to have their kitchen stocked better than most. Pool and area were clean and quiet allowing for a relaxing escape after work.

We have stayed at TownPlace Suites before and loved it. This one however was disappointing. The outdoor pool was not open yet and the story behind why is hadn't changed each day depending on who was working. Their solution was to go to the next door hotel (same owner) and use their loud indoor pool and hot tub. We were there for 5 days and it finally was finally open the night before we left and then it was raining. None of the exercise equipment worked (2 treadmills, 1 elliptical and 1 bike) and again their solution was to use the workout room in the adjacent hotel. The air conditioner in that exercise room did not keep it cool and was more like a sauna. The outdoor key fob at one end of the building did not work so the only way to get to our room at the very end of the hotel was go through main doors. Wifi was hit or miss, which made working remote a challenge. The sink in the kitchen leaked so maintenance had to come repair that. Both windows were broken so you could not open either one of them. They could certainly do a better job at maintaining this property. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was polite. Several restaurants and shopping close by. The kitchen was stocked well with amenities.

The musty smell as you walk through the front door is pretty intense. Staff were friendly. But the room/bathroom could definitely use some updates. The floor trim in the bathroom is definitely wrotten and has just been painted over a few times, that's probably the smell... The couch cushions could use a cleaning too. Do not plan to stay here again.

Check-in process was clunky. We arrived at 2:45, and they stuck to a strict 3:00 check-in. Shift change at 3:00 resulted in no communication to the oncoming staff that we were there to check in. Not a typical Marriott experience, to say the least.

Everything was great. Staff are super accommodating and helpful and friendly. Breakfast was decent. Coffee was great. Kitchen had most supplies we needed.

Over all it was a good stay. Plenty of room. We needed to book a second night and the service staff did not get the update so they knocked on the door even thought the do not disturb was out. Also the housekeepers were enjoying themselves and it sounded like a party until they dispersed to separate rooms
