Very clean hotel. We were very comfortable during our stay and great breakfast too!

I really enjoyed the breakfast and appreciate having a worker nearby to address any issues. She was very helpful. The pool was heated perfectly. Overall was a wonderful stay!

SO CLEAN

I was born away on how helpful and knowledgeable. The gentleman was who checked us in John I believe was his name absolutely phenomenal gentlemen! I cannot find one flaw in the hotel, the room, the breakfast the next day or anything I have stayed at quite a few hotels in my life, and this is ranked as one of the best!!

2 staff members were very friendly. One girl didn’t really act like she cared much when I told her how slippery the pool area was. Both of my kids slipped just walking around the pool.

Also, on this visit was on opposite side of building and highway noise was VERY loud.

The holet was clean and close to alot of shops and restaurant. It close to MOA and the Edgan outlet mall. My only one complain was the shower pressure was not that great this could use a upgrade, but other then that this hotel is very nice. We will stay here again!!

The tub drain was clogged, so it filled with water while taking a shower. The front desk moved me and my family to a different room on the following day. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff did not clean my room for four days. It was horrible!

We requested uested early , check in , and were told we could check in at 2:30. We arrived and loaded all our luggage onto the cart and waited inside until 3:45. Other people were waiting on the cart, but we did not realize our room was going to take that long or else we would have unloaded it in the lobby. Our friends room was ready so we unloaded all our luggage in their room to free up the cart. Our room wasn't available until almost 5. Check in process is extremely slow and there were multiple people waiting up to 20 minutes at the desk.
