Absolutely beautiful from start to finish, the design of the building is tasteful and unique, the rooms are clean and comfortable while still feeling upscale, and the property is gorgeous, with flower-adorned trails and a gorgeous lake. I didn’t get the chance to use the spa but it looked incredible. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay was absolutely amazing. Staff are very accommodating and lovely. One thing I would say is the communication with the kitchen staff could use some work. At least once per meal something wasn’t as requested when it was very basic request. Ex. No tomatoes, or sauce on the side.

loved the vibe, outdoor sauna and hot tub in the cold was great.. restaurants weren't open when we were hungry. it was weird. understaffed.

Amazing new outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs and 2 saunas! It was a great staycation! Very hard to leave! Great staff and beautiful hotel!

Maya was very kind at check in, the room was comfortable and clean, restaurant food and staff were great, location was perfect for all that we were doing and the hot tub…perfect!

Rooms are always clean plus you get floor to ceiling windows. Robes are in the closet, freakin sweet! We celebrated our 8 year anniversary and when I inquired about a room upgrade, not only were they able to accommodate; but we checked in early AND there was a little super thoughtful note with chocolate dipped strawberries/macaroons/truffles... everyone is so darn nice!!
