Good place to stay there

Front desk staff was friendly. Needed an extra blanket as there were 5 staying in our suite. Went to desk and received. Needed extra towels as only 4 towels for 5 - went to desk and received. Breakfast was slow in being refilled. Breakfast sausage was empty a lot of the time. Bagels, bread and muffins were slim pickings. But for a free breakfast - it was ok - just had to wait or go back after refilled. Spa pool or hot tub was closed - which we did not know a head of time.

Front desk clerk was terribly rude and unhelpful. The hot tub was broken and the hotel definitely needed some work.

Staff gets a 50/50. Asking for additional bath towels and the person couldn't understand me. Breakfast was iffy at best. No variety.

Would stay there again

Early flight out of MSP makes this a more than convenient stay. Shuttle starts at 4:30 AM.

There was a loud party after 10pm in the lobby, children running and screaming up and down our hallway for well over an hour, slamming doors non stop as well. We called the front desk and they did not have control of the situation and said they had been working on it for the last hour. And the hot tub was broken.

Nice patio/deck off of the pool. Rooms are large and clean. Great breakfast.

Nice quiet clean rooms, pretty decent breakfast and complimentary shuttle to airport.

We liked our stay at the hotel.

Clean and white helpful staff bc

We had bed bugs on the first night. We found out the hard way when we woke up with welps all over our face, neck, hands, and arms. The front desk did move us to another room. When we asked about cleaning our bed clothes and any other clothes items etc that had been on the bed they said they had a pay washer/dryer on the 2nd floor. We asked about soap and they said we would have to buy it. We went up to the washer/dryer and they had one of each. It took most of one day to move rooms and wait for hours for the washer/dryer to come open. Then the dryer did not come close to getting our clothes dry. We checked out 2 days early. They said they were going to reimburse us for those 2 days but when they saw we had booked on hotels.com they said they could not do anything for us. It has been a week and my wife and I are just now not itching so bad. It was intense and miserable for about 5 days. We could not wait to get out of the hotel. The staff was nice, the pool and hot tub was nice, and the breakfast was fantastic. But the bed bugs were gross.

I’ve stayed the for 6 years. I’ve always brought my dog. Now this last time they told me they don’t allow pets. I not going back.

Good Breakfast Room Service is good and we enjoyed the pool and good sleep

Good breakfast and costumer service.

Our stay was comfortable and nice. We had a crowded room with a family of 5 and luggage to fly out. The couch and trundle were a great help. The shuttle service was right on time and we had no issues getting to the airport. Security lines at 7am were also under 5 minute wait. We used the same hotel the week before for my dad flying out. Walking distance to both Chili's and Wendy's. About a block from Walmart for walking. Great location. Our hall was quiet.

Great location, clean and safe.

Room was clean. Good space. Breakfast was ok. Unfortunate that parking wasn't included.
