Microtel Inn and Suites Eagle Pass

The price was a little high compared to others in the area. The floor is uneven throughout the entire hotel, you will take a step and feel the uneven floor. The tile in our bathroom was loose. There were also ants in our bathroom. I chose this location because of the EV charging station and even that was pricey compared to other locations. Our key card also didnt want to open our door. I had to go back down to the receptionist and she said “if u placed it next to your phone or a magnet it will deactivate it” she reactivated it and i still had trouble getting in. So i think it has something to do with the actual card reader on the door. The stay was ok but i would not return. Breakfast was good

Over all clean. The room had a stench of pee or something. Safe hotel, staff was kind.

Awesome! Great customer service, clean facility

Nice clean room, staff was very nice on arrival and very pleasant when leaving. Parking spots were very well lighted. Breakfast was excellent also.

Staff friendly and helpful

I didn't like the fact that I didn't have a room when we arrived. They said I didn't have a CC on file. Yes we checked in very late or early in morning. But I thought I paid for it already using the booking app and my stay was guaranteed regardless

That it met my expectations and that'd we were so happy to want to come back and stay in the future. I don't recall anything out of place or line to call it out.

Cleanliness and price.

Very accessible and very clean Nothing at all

Breakfast was delicious!! Staff was extremely friendly and I loved the stay! Will be back in November!!! Nothing! Was perfect!!

I like it’s near of my traveling business I like the easy way to arrive I would like to have one water bottle per guest Inside fridge, that’s a recommendation.

Did not like that there was a fee for checking in an hour early after traveling for 5 hours.

Cool place to stay at

Close to casino Who ever engineered the bathroom didn’t do enough research. In order to flush toilets you have to place toilet seat down n then reach under the counter to feel for the flush button. Makes me wonder how people with big hands are able to manage to flush toilet or how housekeeper can clean between counter n toilet lid where customer is expected to reach in to flush toilet. How does maintenance reach to do maintenance on toilet inside rank. Same goes for the ac control. I had to push hard on the door knob to be able to close the privacy knob.

Exceptional

The property was very clean, and relaxing!

The hotel was so clean, our room was very nice and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again. The area felt safe and we were not worried about our safety. The Continental Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious Honestly, I can't think of anything we didn't like. We did wish there was a hot tub but it won't stop us from staying there again. The elevator was a little slow coming down to the first level but it is a holiday weekend so I'm sure there were lots of people staying there

Everything was very good! The property was very clean and quiet!
