I like is clean all the time I’m stay

Staff was helpful, but bathroom sink was very slow draining and stunk.

The continental breakfast was also disappointing. There were no hot food options available—only cereal, bagels, and cold, hard-boiled eggs. To make matters worse, the juice from the machine was warm rather than chilled. Overall, while the staff provided good service, the condition of the room and the limited breakfast selection made for a less-than-satisfactory stay.

i cannot believe they gave us this room, I cannot believe they us such a dirty room not only dirty i got bit on my face arm neck i showed the young man my bites very apologetic and showed him picture of spider that i killed in bathroom it was an horrible experience. the gentleman offered us another room around 10 p.m. was a little better oh the first room sheets were dirty we will never ever stay there again. you all should have cleaned up room before and had it checked before you had guest stay there, to think we paid for this which i think we should be compensated for this horrible experience.11

We stay in the back part of hotel parking spaces were plenty but didn't feel safe for us senior citizens. Next time soon when we visit we will ask for front parking

The room carpet was terribly stained and the room had a musty smell, I dropped something behind the bed and it was filthy behind it, don’t think it’s has ever been cleaned. An hour in to our stay went to go have a shower and there was no water pressure, went to the front desk to find out that the whole building was having a problem and that they were working on it. No apologies, no informing the guests that they had no water or informing them when it it was fixed, Never plan to stay there again

I think I don't like the carpet in the room's

Lighted up outside. The outside needs some remodeling. Our room had about 1 & 1/2 inch gap open under the room entrance door.

They can do a better job vacuuming and changing the curtains. Plus I had to hear the restroom leak water all night. The continental breakfast was great. Plus the free snacks are a great gesture. Thanks I would absolutely 💯 stay again.

It’s Great Place To Stay Clean

The entrance is bad need repair, don’t removes sheets in room 223 because there have some blood drops, carpet look dirty

This is an older hotel which is fine, it doesn’t bother me. But the room was hot, the ac didn’t help much. I’m not sure if the cleaning staff leaves the doors open when they are cleaning the rooms but there was several flys & misquotes and last but not least the shower, it is so old & so small. The hotel needs serious repairs and renovations.

Only the bed! The smell was bad, and I asked for a handicap room and I didn’t get it! The bathtub was not clean!

The breakfast mad fresh made and very good. Staff is helpful.
