I just want to say it was a good hotel loved staying there and the pool and the breakfast were amazing, we will definitely stay there more often when we are in town

The hotel is old and smells bad. Our bedroom was dirty, and the carpet and chairs were dirty as well. Everything looked old and unclean. The breakfast was okay. There were signs everywhere saying that renovations are coming soon, so I hope they fix everything because the location is good

The hotel is undergoing some construction so that was a thing. Other than that our stay was fine.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. In my room, everything worked great (air conditioner, shower, refrig, microwave, TV), it was clean (there were no bugs/pests), and the WiFi was fast. Outside security was great, as the hotel staff allowed my Harley-riding group and I to park our cycles out in front at the lobby entrance, where they were untouched, overnight. Hot breakfast was outstanding and the staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. I would stay here again, should I ever pass through McKinney.

The staff was very pleasant The building was old, the elevator was so scary that I was afraid it would malfunction, the AC was very loud. The pool was murky and jacuzzi was closed and empty we didn’t even stayed for breakfast. This was one of the worst stays. Since the pool was murky and gross we tried to watch tv. The TV was very old and we were unable to find a good channel, no hgtv, no movies nothing. Everything was and smelled very old.

Breakfast was great! Dining room was very clean and well maintained during breakfast hours!

The breakfast area was clean. I did not like the condition of the carpet it was filthy. Fixtures in the restroom were rusted there was mold stain about a foot and a half almost 2 feet wide water damage. It seemed and the drain to the tub broken. Plus, no luggage rack.

Clean Air conditioner did not cool. When i told the desk they simply said no one was there to check it. It was 84 in the room. Next morning i told them all she said was i will let supervisor and housekeeping know.

The hotel was under construction but the rooms were nice.
