Motel 6 Eagle Pass, TX - Lakeside

Very clean, basic needs met, all very nice.

There is a lot noise at midnight specially in the first floor and I went to change the room my stay was terrible.

Clean, comfortable stay.

Everything was great! But when we checked in the staff was rude . They did not great us as we came in. I had to great them and I just got a stare with rudeness. I have been in retail for 46 years and no matter what mood I’m in I great every single person with a welcome and smile. I thanked both of them and I just got the same stare… I will stay again at this location for the reason the location the rooms were extremely cleaned. We did get a friendly good morning from the cleaning staff. Which I was happy about.

My only quibble is that I could not open the packet of shampoo. How about dedicated refillable bottles for shampoo and soap?

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and all amenities worked, ice machine, coffee machine etc. Pool looked clean but never went swimming. Park with pond next door, cool view. Minutes from the casino.

Room was clean but no hot water in shower.

Noisy, barking dogs, took almost 30 minutes at check in because the reservation confirmation sent by Engine to the hotel was not acceptable to the hotel staff.

The hallway smell and it’s very dirty, there was hair on the bathroom floor. The bed wasn’t even made. It was disgusting.
