The bed was comfortable, it had a good size bathroom. The breakfast options were good. Location was decent and grounds seemed well kept. We were given a room next to the “maintenance room” on the first floor. We were woken up at 5:30 am on a Sunday morning because the staff was getting out breakfast carts (or something like that) from the maintenance room. We just heard lots of crashing and banging super early and couldn’t get back to sleep. There wasn’t a lot of room to put luggage- they did have a small desk but it was barely big enough to fit two travel backpacks (no dedicated luggage space really). The outlets near the bed to charge phones seemed loose and didn’t work as well as we would have liked. Lastly, the bathroom had an automatic light (motion sensor) but that made it difficult to turn on and off right away, as after turning on, it would stay on for a while which was slightly annoying if another person is trying to sleep.

I had to wait 30 minutes to check in as the ”system” was down. The Staff did the best they could but writing my CC down on paper was not very safe or professional on behalf of the Hilton network. I’ll go with another vendor on the next trip.

The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal. However what was bothersome was the teenage girls sports team staying on the 4th floor with us. They were running up and down the hall knocking and ditching peoples doors. Laughing, slamming doors, and yelling until almost 11 pm. I didn’t complain because I didn’t want problems with people. In the morning we promptly grabbed breakfast which was continuously refilled as the entire sports team and their coaches and parents packed the area. They did a good job keeping up and keeping it clean after all the kids. Overall I wouldn’t stay again due to the type of environment. I prefer a more professional atmosphere.

Room was clean and well

Good basic hotel. About sixty feet below route 4 and need to walk up side of access road if don't drive to get to nearby restaurants and stores. One elevator had some problems, for opening and closing repeatedly during one week stay. Not fixed quickly.

Clean room kind staff good breakfast but the building itself is the main issue. We can hear people upstairs hallway walking talking. I liked everything else. I would not recommend this hotel
