Pool was open but dirty and gym was close till 7/31 which if I was informed on time I would've look someone else. Communication should be a plus, especially when people are saving money for travel or daystay Amenities for us is a plus , it was too late for us to schedule elsewhere due to the time and date of the year July 4th However the location had a lot of parking space. The rooms smelled and looks good ,lots of space however one receptionist was soft spoken i couldn't hear her well and she seems bothered when I asked what she said beside her everyone else was friendly. The breakfast was OK. Wish they had better selection however it wasn't bad compared to other places

When we arrived, the front desk associate was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of honoring what the manager had told us, she insisted on charging the $75 fee. We politely explained the conversation my husband had with the manager, but she showed no interest in helping or verifying the information. What upset us the most was not only being charged a fee we were told would be waived, but also the poor customer service and lack of respect we received. If hotel staff provide information that guests rely on when making a reservation, the hotel should honor those commitments or at least make an effort to resolve the situation professionally. We expected better communication and customer service from a Hampton Inn. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling frustrated and misled. I hope management addresses the inconsistency in communication and provides additional customer service training to ensure future guests are treated with courtesy and respect.

Great Staff ! Very Welcoming ‘ Extremely clean “like always “! My absolute favorite hotel to bring my kids for a little get away ! Will be back !

The friendly check-in. The newness of it all. The hotel is over construction, and the look and smell of new carpet and paint helped to look past the construction sites

No complaint

Property was close to softball fields but it was under construction

Staff was excellent. Hilton treats like royalty.Requested a microwave and was in the room by the time I went up. Breakfast was a bit poor for a Hilton. Was a step above a comfort inn. Bathtub faucet knob was very loose. No biggie since hotel being renovated. Made front desk aware and they immediately told maintenance.

Close to the stadium, the staff, the breakfast and the cleanliness. Really wish the shuttle could bring you and pick you up at the stadium or at least have a nearby drop off and pickup spot like the Dunkin Donuts on Silver Lane.

The staff at the front desk when we arrived June 11th was unfriendly. Every other day the staff were great! We were assigned a room, on the first floor, where remodeling was being done-boxes stacked in the hallway, constant construction noise. The room needed upgrading and there was no place to hang clothes. Breakfast had very limited options, especially for someone with Celiac. The second day, the noise was unbearable and we were allowed to change rooms. The second room did have a place to hang clothes and was quieter. I don't think we should ever have been given the first room. We appreciated switching rooms, but it was difficult for my husband to move everything by himself. He is crippled in his right leg and has constant pain in it. I, was unfortunately, at the hospital with my very ill Aunt. There are times when kindness and compassion would be priceless. This was one of those times. Thank you to the staff that permitted a room change. We appreciated it.

We stayed just for one night but the moment we walked in we were greeted by a friendly staff member who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. I slept extremely well in their comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious. It was a great experience.
