Reviews

The room was amazing as well as the staff that were warm and inviting
-
The shower was dirty (had hair in the tub) when I arrived, there was no complimentary water bottles in the room, we were there 2 nights and not once did room service come in. credit card was charged 2x for the stay and I am still trying to get credit back

Wouldn’t stay here mold in the fridge no conditioner for days. Stains on bed. Disgusting place.
-
Great location to see a concert while we were in town. The staff were super friendly!
-
Staff very professional, friendly. Convenient location, valet parking very easy

I ordered room service. It was in plastic napkins, plastics holder. The room felt dated and would benefit from an update, as the furniture appeared quite worn. Given the high price point of $350, I felt the quality of the accommodation did not offer good value for the money.

bed was hard but hotel was nice
-
The hallways could have been cleaner. Otherwise, it was good.

Stayed here for travelers championship. Beautiful, clean property. Would 100% recommend.

I was disappointed that my room was never cleaned, despite a cost of over $1,500. The sign not to disturb was up until 12:30 pm but we removed it and were gone all the rest of the day, only to return to a messy room. The clerk said that they clean the rooms in the morning and later contradicted herself by saying she did not know what time they cleaned.

All staff were polite and helpful.

The door to the bathroom way to close to the toilet

Nice room

Equipment in fitness center felt rather old and in need of maintenance. The tv set in the room was too small for the size of the room.
-
The room was missing basic amenities — no water, no ice bucket, and the refrigerator wasn’t even cold. We paid extra for a corner room with a water view, but instead we got a view of other buildings with no water in sight. The hot tub shown in the hotel photos was empty and unusable. There was also no information provided about local restaurants or attractions. Even the valet staff couldn’t offer recommendations when we asked. On top of that, you have to pay extra for either valet parking or self-parking. Breakfast was $25 per person and honestly worse than school cafeteria food. If you’re visiting Hartford, CT, stay anywhere but here. Extremely overpriced and a huge disappointment.

Very good service
-
Price was that of a five star but the room was like any other Marriott or Hilton. Dated, tiny bathroom, door for bathroom opened into the bathroom and nearly hit toilet. We expected more for the price
-
Outdated and too expensive

We went to the 22 floor pool at 9:00 PM with my children to spend some family time together, and there was another family there doing the same enjoying a quiet time. That is, until a group of eight adults arrived with a dozen children and proceeded to smoke hookah, drink alcohol, play music, and record videos. The security guard came over, took a look, but didn't even open the pool door; he simply didn't care about what was happening in a closed. We feel unsafe and uncomfortable and both left for safety concerns.

So outdated. The shower pressure, the popcorn ceiling, the yellow walls! 400 a night is a disgrace.
