It was close to the convention center , easy check in, parking available.

Location is great. Easy on and off highway. Close to civic center. The staff was friendly and tried their best. Poor management. What hotel runs out of towels? What hotel advertises dinner and never opens? Beds ok, bathroom ok. Whole place needs a facelift.

It was right off the freeway. Friendly staff. Not clean. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned and their were stains and hairs on a few of the towels. Heater didn’t work properly.

Close proximity to city centre and just off the motorway; clean and comfortable room. 24 hour check in facility useful for varying flight times. We were situated directly next door to a meeting room which meant we were woken really quite early by conferences with no advance warning

The staff was very good, the hotel could use some updating in the rooms. The shower head had mole on it.

location The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and we weren’t given any information about what happened. There were no extra pillows on the bed was very hard.

Very polite and helpful staff The facility over all appeared clean but our room in particular was atrocious. Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in mos. Toothpaste smears on sink, and possibly blood smeared on bathroom floor. We were there for an even so after we checked in we didn’t spend much time there but when it was over and we returned to the room late at night that’s when I noticed.

The bed and pillows were TERRIBLE. I was up all night and never got comfortable. The sheets felt wet! I didn’t sleep, my daughter barely slept The mattress and pillows were terrible. There’s NO SHUTTLE to Xfinity Thestre and Breakfast was way too much! Expensive. Price to high for crappy mattress and pillows. Maids were arguing in the hallway over a tip that got stolen.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was an excellent size The room was very dark - not convinced it was entirely clean Welcome was less than satisfactory at check-in Booking dot com said it included breakfast - at check in told it was not included but “it would be sorted” Then charged for breakfast with no flexibility It was awful. Cold. Poor quality (only meal in USA that was bad!). Asked for hot items and staff were very upset that we had done so and were not pleased 3 inedible breakfast and got 1 buffet for free. Not great. Pool was dirty and freezing. No towels at pool - they were all used and dirty. Called to get fresh ones. Did not show.

The location was great access to Xfinity theatre Shower drain was clogged and hair was in bathroom. Bathroom floor was cracked. Sheets were clean
