HYATT house Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting

Very nice room, and the location was great Not a thing. The stay was pleasant

Spacious 2 bedroom suite! Everything you need! Breakfast is great free but warm foods was not good:( except waffles Very sticky floors in the breakfast area of the hotel :(

I love The Big Rooms with 2 bathrooms and Kitchen. We spent time in the Family room and Breakfast was fresh and delicious. It was 45 min or more away from Downtown or most things. Location was the only thing I would change but it was a beautiful property and if you wanna just be away that’s the spot!

Breakfast was nice, air conditioning made the room very comfortable, room was bigger than it seemed in the pictures.

Good

You could tell repairs are needed. When I checked in, notes were made for my sister to have a room near mine. When she got there 2 hours later, the lady at the front desk had her in her room completely at the opposite side and on the first floor( we were on the 4th) She stated because there was no room ready when I checked in which seems strange because she checked in later so rooms would have been ready at that point. A very strong amonia smell in the room when we got there.

The free breakfast was exceptional. It was fresh and there were many healthy choices. There was only 1 luggage rack for 2 people in the bedroom. They did not provide secure wifi and I had trouble accessing my online boarding pass for my return trip. Overall the room was spacious and clean with a adequately stocked kitchen.

I like how modernized and updated the unit was as far as furniture and appliances

Property definitely needed to be updated. Closet doors were off the hinges

Superb

My only complaint is there was a faint smell in the room, kinda of like a weird cleaning product they tried to make the room smell nice but it had the opposite effect. Not bad, just distinct. It went away after about an hour of being in the room

Very good

My stay was okay. The rooms looked a little run down & I found a bug in my sink. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Superb

Very nice hotel, with a clean and spacious suite, a decent breakfast, and a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Todo el personal que trabaja allí es excelente.

Excellent time

The rooms are huge let’s start there, I would stay there again for that reason alone. The full kitchen is another huge plus for me. The rooms had some very noticeable flaws like broken door hinges and broken closet doors but overall it was worth it. Unfortunately we booked because my daughter wanted to swim on her birthday but it was closed that day due to maintenance so that was a huge bummer. The lady who manages that specific facility isn’t the nicest, actually she’s not friendly at all, Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

From the time you check in till the check out everyone was so kind and friendly!!!!

Exceptional
