Large, heavy glass closet door was broken - I'm surprised this wasn't noticed or addressed by hotel staff.

Great spot

Clean room. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was on overall very pleasant stay and a good home away from home. We stayed in the deluxe 2 br suite. It had a very nice layout and it was very roomy. The only issue was that the dishwasher didn’t work very well, but we just washed our dishes by hand and used the dishwasher as a drying wrack. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The suite was spacious and very clean.

Hotel smelled, whole property had an order, very dated, luckily no bugs

Second time staying here and again delivers per usual would come back a third time

Excellent stay. Friendly and helpful staff, great pool, and clean room. Will stay again if in the area.

Cons: rooms need upkeep. Doors do not close. Plumbing is very loud

Everything was great no issues, comfy rooms and good breakfast section got a family.

Staff, cleanliness, bed comfort, all good. Warm breakfast great addition. Our only issue was ... 2-bedroom suite was too warm in the rooms. If you kept bedroom doors closed at night, it was too hot in rooms. Also ice machine in refrigerator and in hotel not functioning but the cafe staff was pleasant and accommodating to provide ice for us when needed.

Quiet facility with business travelers.

The rooms that face the pool seem to have zero insulation from sound. They allow people to hangout in pool or drink by pool throughout the night so it’s very noisy.

This place is beyond family-friendly, but it doesn't need the high rating people give it. The linen was dirty, the closet and TV stand were broken, disherwasher didn't work, people stomping on the floor until 2 am, the breakfast was mediocre, children screaming, maintenance never showed up to fix the broken item, streaming services didn't work, and the guest was complaining during check-in. My family and I got woken up at 2 am to a fire alarm going off, just for there to be no fire. The only reason you got two stars is that the staff tried their best.

We stayed during the Fourth of July weekend. The hotel was booked … and the pool and outdoor patio area was crowded, understandably but we intermingled with other families at the grilling stations. Enjoyed sharing, laughs drinks, and making new friends. Our suite was clean the breakfast was good and overall a very nice day for a very busy holiday weekend.

The room was clean, staff was very professional and friendly. Having breakfast daily was great and convenient! Definitely recommended!

The pool and surrounding areas were very nice. I also Love Hyatt beds and pillows. I was there on 7/4. I would go back, just not on such a busy day.
