SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting

The room was clean, but it was not easy to find due to confusing road signs from the interstate. Also, for some reason, the fridge was unplugged, causing a musty smell. Everything else was great, except there was no power for a while because someone hit a transformer, so no light in the morning for a while. But that was not the hotel's fault. I would say again

On the positive side, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the hotel's location was excellent and convenient.

There is a buffet breakfast which made life easier, but please note that during the week it's only 6:00 to 9:00. :00. The weekends are 7:00 to 10:00. No one helps you with the luggage

The staff was friendly when we checked in. We noticed a dead bug in the elevator on the way up to our room after a concert. When we got to our room we then encountered a cockroach on the wall. I called the front desk and was told they could fumigate tomorrow, which didn't work for me. We ended up leaving the hotel at midnight and driving home 4 hours. When we left, we inspected the bug in the elevator and it was another cockroach, and then we we made it out to the parking lot there were a ton of cop cars and people being arrested. I'm trying to get refunded but haven't heard back. The front desk couldn't refund me that night, I'm now waiting to try to get a response from the hotel with a refund. I vet hotels pretty well before I stay anywhere, I guess I missed the signs for this one.

The room was FILTHY. Immediately upon entering the room the couch was filthy. They as we walked in there was still trash on the floor, the carpet was nasty, bathroom shower was sketchy and I’m pretty sure as we were leaving we found BLACK MOLD in the closet. I would never stay here again. It is definitely a health hazard.

Breakfast Room was small and dirty. Outdated and bed quilt had stains. Trash was not picked up everyday. Overpriced for what they offered.

The room was spacious and bright. Breakfast selection was very good. A bit far out and no cutlery or plates in the room

Staff is great and hotel is great. Room was a perfect size. And we needed a location near the Turnpike. If the hotel is full, and it often is, you may need to make alternate plans for breakfast. When they know that there is going to be a large group, staying, management should staff up. Otherwise there is no food available.

Located by a mall and freeway Accused by manager Jack of making false document from Booking .com that it was prepaid. 1st room toilet overflowed 2nd room floor master and coffee stains. Musty mildew smell needs remolding

Everything in the room was clean, just a little dated. The first floor lobby looked great

Where do I start? Cleaning service was not explained had to be requested at check in. Towels were requested and I was told I have to pick them up from the front desk. Entire set was not available, I had to further request additional towels. After getting towels and entering shower, the soap dispenser was empty. Overall horrible service. When I spoke to front desk agent, they promised me 5000 Bonvoy points…still waiting.
