That being said, it is not what I would consider to be well maintained. Things like peeling wallpaper, paint drips on walls, duct tape being used to make repairs, etc. gives the building a Motel 6 type feel. Most of the building smelled like weed as well. I paid in full some 5 months ago for my stay. Yet when I checked in, the employee insisted I owed $8+ for “taxes”. She could not explain what taxes or why they were owed, but she wouldn’t let me check in till I paid. It was midnight and I was too tired to argue, so I paid the taxes. I was woke up in the middle of the night by loud voices coming from the parking lot outside my second floor window once, and a second time by loud voices in the hallway outside my door. Probably the same riffraff that caused the place to smell like a joint. Quiet hours do not appear to be honored at this location. The lady who checked me out the next morning was very pleasant.

Location Tub didn’t drain. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. Not enough lighting in room. Not enough outlets near bed for charging. Dirty old ceiling fan at room entrance.
