Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Plymouth Meeting - West

Overall was better then I expected.

The room was clean and everything functioned. The coffee service in the lobby left much to be desired. The neighboring room had children playing and jumping loudly til 2am and there was no way to contact the front desk

There is a small gym. Breakfast was individually wrapped muffins and packets of oatmeal which was less than expected . The room was disappointing and not welcoming.

Definitely a better version than Avon Ohio Elevator out of order. Major drawback for one who always stays on top flo

Amazing stay everything was top tier , only issue was the elevator was down our whole two week stay .

When asked they replied no housekkeping available & said sorry for that

At the time of my visit the elevator was down and it just so happened that the room I had booked was on the 4th floor

Nothing as the night staff gave us a very bad impression about the stay The night staff was very rude and not helpful. The lift was not working and our room was on the 4th floor. The room did not have fresh linen and pillows for the extra bed. When we called the night staff,she rudely asked us to collect it from the reception and the lift was not working. As for the pillows she rudely informed us that they dont have any extra pillows. What a shame considering we had made full payment..

Room is nob smoking but has smoke odor. TV remote does not work. Talked to the staff the staff does not even care. Only one elevator broken and cannot be used. Price is the same as the hotel near Philadelphia airport. Not worth for the price

Close to lacrosse fields. Very dirty room. Looks like the cleaning staff didn’t take the time to clean the room properly. Poor communication from the staff. The elevator was out, they didn’t offer any discounts and I had to walk up to the fourth floor for our room. Had I known that there was an issue I would’ve booked somewhere else but there was no communication from staff.

I hate this place. Everybody sucks and the employees like to try and have sex with the guests.

If you are traveling and need an inexpensive place to stay, do yourself a favor and spend the extra bucks to stay somewhere else.

The outside area of the hotel was very quiet, so I did get some good sleep. The hotel room definitely left me disappointed. I stayed in other Extended Stays and they were clean and comfy. The floors in this room were sticky. I was told that the staff services the rooms every other week, so that may have something to do with it. The mattress was sitting on some type of wired, metal frame. And it was not a king size. The fridge was dirty on the outside.

Old everything with nothing to use in the kitchen

Need to be cleaned. No ice machine. No working restroom outside of room. Freezer, Walls & window shades dirty.
