Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Plymouth Meeting - West

Bad

Very poor

The kitchen area was fine. That they didn’t include breakfast anymore.

Exceptional

great stay good customer service

The staff was okay and the facilities were basically clean. The price was good. I didn’t like how thin the walls were. The constant noise at all times of night, and day. Activity. Children running down the halls. Hearing the highway, loud car mufflers, someone above me that was either 400 pounds walking or choosing to practice his karate at night. Drunks hanging out in front of the hotel. Not being able to open my window because it opens up to the parking lot. They only clean once every two weeks and my key card kept deactivating. The idd roach spray smell of whatever cleaner they use. Also, they rarely would put out the little piddly grab and go breakfast snacks that they were supposed to.

Very poor

Bad

TV was on loud next room over all night

TV was on loud next...

The kitchen had no hot water. The blinds were not black out blinds like advertised. The staff said like 4 words to me when checking in. That was the only time I saw anyone at the front desk. After I waited for them to show up to check me in… never saw a soul at the desk again. WEIRD.

The accommodations were more than adequate. We were given the key to someone else’s room. And, embarrassingly walked in on them. There was a snafu at the front desk. It was rectified but we received no perk or gratuity for the inconvenience, embarrassment and extra effort it took to get to a room for which we had a reservation. I will not be utilizing that Extended Stay anymore.

Not an extended stay and the amount we paid for night did not do any justice and there is no breakfast it’s just coffee and muffin.

Very good

Pleasant staff, and good location. Booking.com over charged me, they charge me more than the hotel. I am going to make a complain.

Great location and hotel for the price especially for longer stays. Convienent location.

Staff was very accommodating, and it was a seamless check in with our fur baby!
