When arriving the lady at front desk wasn’t helpful at all. I actually felt like I was bothering her by ringing the bell then we got to the room and there was no cold water. My husband had to take a shower and scorching hot water. Then room comes with the kitchenette, but no utensils or pots. They were all utilized by people that live in the hotel.

However, in the future, reserved rooms should be ready by your stated check-in time. We also reserved online a room with two queen beds, but they were doubles instead. Please check that you are listing the actual size you are providing. Other than that, no complaints.

On the plus side it was the quietest hotel I every stayed in. For the cost and condition I am sure I will never stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Always a smile:)

The room smelled awful. And the whole hotel.
-
Location The rooms need renovation and I got bed bug bites. I hope the room was inspected and throughly cleaned so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Bringing pets was a positive. Otherwise, we arrived and the water was shut off for an hour and we needed to get ready for a wedding in that hour and there were no solutions. In our one night stay, the power also went out during the night, the breakfast was just coffee and granola bars, and drinking water did not feel readily available. The staff was friendly though!

The a/c didn’t my first night there so I was moved to another room where the a/c worked but the phone didn’t. The TV was unplugged and the cable plug was on on the floor. The out cover by the bed was not covered, and the wires were hanging out. The refrigerator looked like it was bought a garage sale. The windows did not go all the way down. The countertops in the bathroom had stains on them. Apparently they only come in to clean the room once every two weeks. I was only there for a week and no one ever came in to do anything during that time. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper. You would think that they would at least knock on the door and ask if you needed anything since they weren’t gonna come in and clean my room all week. The “breakfast “ was a breakfast to go. Coffee and individually wrapped muffins or granola bar. It should’ve stated that on the description so that people know you do not get a buffet breakfast. I won’t ever stay here again. I was also told that I would get a credit back for the first day and a 30% discount for the rest of the days. I haven’t seen that yet..

Easy check-in and check-out. Room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was an added bonus, A/C worked great. Very happy. Bathroom sink was a little dirty, but overall clean enough for us. Everything was fine. Bathroom sink was a little dirty.

Lobby and elevators / common areas were dirty. Abandoned vehicles in the parking garage… it gets worse My room was dirty, had a live roach in the shower and other small insects milling about. Worn out appliances and wall / ceiling treatments. The room was a suite with a kitchen. Nothing supplied to cook or eat with. Had to contact the desk to request these items and have them sanitized. Grab an go breakfast was not a breakfast but was stale cereal bars, small wrapped muffins, and packets of instant oatmeal. Stayed here as it was a last minute reservation due to a work assignment. Don’t make the same mistake.
-
Nothing It was disgustingly dirty. My room had stains all over everything and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

We've stayed here in the past and even though it's a simple grab and go breakfast (unless you want to cook in the room kitchen) it's just what we need. It's conveniently close to the highway and not far from Philadelphia. I would recommend this for extended stay or one night stays.

Unfortunately neither me nor my adult son liked anything during our stay. The night we had to spend there was very much one of worst price/service ratios I have ever experienced in my life time while staying in a hotel and being charged 250 USD for the night!!!! Even my son, who played college baseball, said he has never slept in a worse place when travelling with his team. After one night we checked out as an additional night was out of question.
