staff was very nice for what it was, hotel was dirty. stains on fridge and there was mold looking dots on the picture in the bathroom. the breakfast was okay but there only abt 4 options.
-
It’s close to my convention site
-
It was available last minute. There was a roach in the room, dirty towels on rack and a metal fixture sitting in the middle of the bathroom that I put under the sink.

The staff was very nice and helpful

We missed it, I think it was like little muffins, but we weren't expecting it. The room was big and had a kitchen The staff was friendly Now that I'm answering all these questions, I feel like there was an issue with the a/c, maybe it made too much noise or was inconsistently hot and cold? It was busy so there was only a room with one bed available, which we knew because that's what we booked last minute.

It was fine for my son’s friends visiting !

large room....TV.....location....parking....towels Extended Stay issues room 320 on 7/11 Was it worth it . . .I don't think so. Here's why: 1. The toilet seat is broken. 2. There’s sh*t in the tub. 3. The hairdryer is missing although the Hamilton Beach holder is on the wall. 4. There’s no telephone in the room… I had to use my cell phone to reach the front desk. 5. There are only 3 pillows for 2 people. 6. There’s no extra blanket. . .just a sheet and cheap cover. 7. No tissues. 8. A double bed, not even a queen or larger. 9. The cost was $196.00 10. Never again.

The place is old and ran down. The elevators were filthy. Our room had blood splatter on the bathroom door and on the wall. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Just new towels placed inside. There wasn’t any working Wi-Fi The front desk associate was pleasant at night and during the day. If only I could receive a refund, we couldn’t even shower there. We had to go home just to shower.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was a cereal bar. Room was not very clean, very dusty on floor and furniture. Tub was stopped up. Place needs updates.

I was on the second floor which was smelly and the carpets were all stained. The room was very disgusting, smelled, so shabby, the curtains, half hanging, looked like they had been there for 20 years. This property was so disgusting Hotels.com should remove it from their list of property’s. I probably won’t use hotels.com in the future, that’s how horrible this property was. Complete dump.

When arriving the lady at front desk wasn’t helpful at all. I actually felt like I was bothering her by ringing the bell then we got to the room and there was no cold water. My husband had to take a shower and scorching hot water. Then room comes with the kitchenette, but no utensils or pots. They were all utilized by people that live in the hotel.
