Wasn't enough paper products and the blanket in the room was rough and scratchy so I couldn't use it.

The plumbing system in the room was very bad. The water wouldn’t go down the drain in the tub after I took a shower which caused me to shower in my own dirty. I brushed my teeth in the sick and the water wouldn’t go down the drain.

Staff was good, food was good, bed was uncomfortable for a hilton, also.room.is out dated they had holes and funiture was all banged up like it was pulled from the dumpster in the room. Ordered a king room got a quee. Room. Every double double tree across the country has had warm cholcate chip cookies they did not. Weird. But not the reason for the rating. Everything else was.

Very dated..common areas were ok but the rooms were musty and shabby.

The staff were nice. The property is old. Very worn out. My room was clean. I didn’t have soap to shower and no time to ask for it once I realized. You may have to pay for parking. That is absurd when you’re already paying for a room.

Beds were not comfy but everything was clean. Very accommodating wonderful staff. Truely loved it and the glass elevator
