The stay was fined. Despite of not receiving any room service my 3 day stay there. The manager Margarett was not helpful whatsoever.

Great breakfast buffet. I would think that all hotels in this area would have helpful information handy for guests visiting for the World Cup. A question like what’s the cheapest or fastest way to go from the hotel to the soccer stadium for the World Cup game should be easy to answer by any front desk attendant. Good stay overall, would recommend

Decent breakfast Nice bed

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my entire visit. One thing I really appreciated was the breakfast. The staples like scrambled eggs, waffles, coffee, and other basics were always available, but they also changed some of the hot items each day. During my stay, I saw everything from bacon and sliced sausage to chicken tinga and chicken carnitas. It was a nice touch, especially for guests staying multiple days, because it kept breakfast from feeling repetitive. The staff was also great. The housekeeping team was kind and friendly, and while some of the front desk staff may seem a little serious at first, they were always helpful, welcoming, and easy to talk to whenever I needed anything. The pool was clean and enjoyable as well. The water was a little colder than I expected, especially since it is heated (I saw that there was a water heater room), but it was still well-maintained and nice to use. Overall, the property looked well-cared-for and inviting. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay. It is more expensive to stay here on weekends because of how busy it gets, so keep that in mind. Otherwise, it was great!

This property was very welcoming, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The staff truly valued their customers and showed great courtesy throughout my stay. They even sent messages to check in and let me know if I needed anything during the day, which made the experience feel very thoughtful and personal. I genuinely felt right at home.” Nothing at all

The location of the property was close to The Proving Grounds where my son’s soccer tournament was held. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. Upon arrival I did not receive an Honors member welcome package. The pool water was too cold to go swimming. The breakfast options were limited and food was bland and disgusting. Our key cards wouldn’t work every time we left our room. Multiple trips to the front desk to get new cards. Extremely inconvenient!!!
