Lovely room and easy to get serviced when needed. Daily breakfast had good options. The gym, albeit i didnt get to use because I had my dog with me, had great equipment for an awesome workout.

Very clean, excellent customer service, I didn’t travel far it was convenient for me. Breakfast was ok I’ll definitely stay again. My kitchen wasn’t stocked we had 1 pot and a few dishes, luckily I brought paper products.

The location was close to the turnpike for easy on/off. Plenty of parking. The lack of signage for what roads to use to get in to the property.

This hotel was very nice. The room was great! The pool and breakfast was wonderful too. Pool could have been a little warmer

Room was spacious, quite and comfortable. Shower / water was hot, bed was comfortable and the room was clean. This was my third stay at this facility. Breakfast was dissapointing. Breakfast opens at 6:00Am and I went down for breakfast at 6:30AM. Both coffee pots were empty / All typically hot food was barely warm / There were no plates, everyone was forced to use cereal bowels. I looked for service staff in the kitchen - no one was there. This was far below what I had come to expect from this Homewood Suites.

The room was very comfortable and plenty of room for the four of us. On the 4th of July the woman at the front desk was amazing and kind. I swear she was the only one working on the holiday and took it upon herself to wear many hats that afternoon and evening. Housekeeping never showed up to refresh our room and bring us clean towels etc. The policy is they only refresh towels in the room every other day, which is fine except I gathered all of the used towels and put them in a pile for them. When we returned late afternoon, we made our beds and took out the garbage, again no big deal. I called the housekeeping extension on the phone but no answer. Tried a few minutes later and again no answer. I called down to the front desk and asked if housekeeping could bring fresh towels. An hour later I went down to the front desk and the lobby was packed with people checking in and the poor woman was solo. She was the one that ended up gathering towels for us up on the fourth floor. As stated before, I think she was the only staff that showed up for work but handled the stress with a great work ethic.

The stay was fined. Despite of not receiving any room service my 3 day stay there. The manager Margarett was not helpful whatsoever.

Night staff was not friendly. felt a little harassed. will not stay here again.

The room was nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice. My grandchildren looooved the pool most of all. Plan to visit again in the next few months.. The hotel is so far out away from everything.

The hotel and staff was awesome per usual every time I visit I never have an issue… I love this place.

Great breakfast buffet. I would think that all hotels in this area would have helpful information handy for guests visiting for the World Cup. A question like what’s the cheapest or fastest way to go from the hotel to the soccer stadium for the World Cup game should be easy to answer by any front desk attendant. Good stay overall, would recommend
