Homewood Suites By Hilton Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting

Exceptional

I like the fact that there was a kitchen

Good staff.

Pool needs to be maintenance looks and feel gross yuck

Everything. Very family friendly.

Super friendly staff!Great quiet location

Staff, clean room, good breakfast. Indoor pool, bed can be improved.

Thank you for hosting and accommodating a last minute room change. I booked 1 large suite room that was accommodated to 2 connecting rooms so that I wouldn’t lose my booking when it was oversold. I was able to have my guests and have a great time.

The other issue was in the 12 days we were there, our room was only cleaned once! We had to request our own towels and empty our garbage cans multiple times (small cans and staying for 12 days with a full kitchen). I believe the standard is to have housekeeping in every other day which did not happen at all.

Very good

The room was excellent. The staff was friendly.

I was checking in on a Saturday night and I must have stood at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. I could hear a staff member in the back talking on the phone with a friend, but he couldn’t be bothered to help me. Finally, I walked back behind the front desk and asked if he could help me and it was clear I had inconvenienced him. After that, the stay was great. The room was nice and the breakfast had fine options.

A very clean and spacious suite, and an amazing place to stay with families. Free parking is available. It is quietly located yet easy to shop around and visit city attractions.

I didn’t recall seeing the pet fee when I booked. Surprised when I checked in that it was $75.

Exceptional

Lovely room and easy to get serviced when needed. Daily breakfast had good options. The gym, albeit i didnt get to use because I had my dog with me, had great equipment for an awesome workout.

Very clean, excellent customer service, I didn’t travel far it was convenient for me. Breakfast was ok I’ll definitely stay again. My kitchen wasn’t stocked we had 1 pot and a few dishes, luckily I brought paper products.

The location was close to the turnpike for easy on/off. Plenty of parking. The lack of signage for what roads to use to get in to the property.

This hotel was very nice. The room was great! The pool and breakfast was wonderful too. Pool could have been a little warmer
