Hampton Inn Philadelphia/Plymouth Meeting

Clean room, friendly staff, a variety of breakfast for longer stays. The pool could have been cleaner, but after a summer holiday it’s to be expected.

Same day at night we are trying to sleep but we couldn't because some people were playing loud music and it's 11pm now we tried calling front desk but on one answered so my husband went down after waiting someone finally came out and said I will look into it it took a while to look into it as we couldn't sleep. This was Friday going into Saturday. On Saturday we got up went about our business got back to the hotel about 330 pm and packed up and checked out we did not want to spend another minute being there we never had such horrible experience

Good location, not too far from Germantown Avenue area

The hotel was clean and service was prompt. There was an issue with the microwave and maintenance came right up and replaced the microwave. Great service.

I think your front desk staff needs training on how to talk to customers. Very disrespectful to customers and they seem they hate their jobs. But the cleanness of the rooms is excellent, ample parking space.

Great stay at the Hampton Inn Atlanta I-85! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a super convenient location. Big shoutout to Tyronda at the front desk she was so friendly and helpful and really made the stay even better. Would definitely stay here again😊

CHECK IN NO PROBLEMS

The hotel is pet friendy which is great. But on their website they dont tell you that there is a non refundable pet charge. I can see not getting it back if the pet damages the room with pet hair from shedding, or pet smell, or pet messes. But my pet doesnt shed, is trained and left no damage. In that case i believe you should get the 70 pet charge returned. The same as if adults dont damage a room, the fee is returned.

It was good for a quick overnight stay. Clean!

We stayed 4 nights, our room was clean and comfortable, we ate at continental breakfast every morning, it was good, pool is small and not heated.

Breakfast was pretty weak.

There was no was no one at the front desk every time I went there for check in I had to wait like 15 minutes for someone to show up and for check out it was no one at all

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I booked a king room for 4 people. I emailed the property through booking,com to ensure that this room would accommodate 4 people. They said yes and that the room had a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the room only had a king bed. The reception stated that this is what I booked. When I appealed stating that I specifically emailed beforehand to ensure that I have a sofa bed, they said that because I booked through a third party, and not the hotel directly, there was nothing to do. The hotel was booked solid because of a tournament in town, which is why I was there. I have booked through this site for many years and this has never happened. I was quite disappointed. After much back and forth, the hotel was able to get us a double bed room. However, I will think twice before booking through a third party again.

Friendly staff, clean room, great coffee in the morning with a free breakfast, I could not ask for more. Very much enjoyed my stay. Here for a wedding.

Good options for food. Breakfast is available more hours than other hotels. The only ice machine working was on the first floor.
