Nothing The room smelled like B.O. The shower had mold in it. The caulk work on the shower was horrendous. The fire alarms went off twice at 3 in the morning.

Shower was dirty and the room had stains all over the wall

Incredibly friendly staff.

We were not able to stay, as the hotel was to be utilized as a stopping point on our drive home from vacation. Our son got sick early into the drive, which forced us to drive all the way home. We canceled the stay as soon as he got sick, but wasn’t offered any sort of reimbursement (which is very disappointing to us). I will not be utilizing Holiday Inn hotels anytime in the near future for my stays!

One night stay, room/property clean and the staff was nice and helpful.

Paid for breakfast restaurant buffet breakfast was great nice waitress

We stopped there because it had a restaurant. We were told they were booked and couldn't eat until after 9pm. I would assume if i stayed there i would be able to eat there at a reasonable time. I won't stay again.

We had a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom (people upstairs flooded their shower somehow). The staff was on it immediately. They didn't have an equivalent room. We were in the 2 bedroom suite, which was a phenomenal room in itself. So they upgraded us to the executive suite, which was quite possibly the nicest hotel room I've ever seen in that price range. It had a full kitchen, with an oven. A six person dining table. Living room. LARGE bedroom with the best en suite ever. Large soaking tub with a tv in front of it and a separate stand alone shower. The staff was amazing. We couldn't have asked them to handle our little "emergency" any better than they did.

There wasn't even a cup in the bathroom to rinse your mouth after you brush your teeth. Holiday inn used to provide complimentary water in the rooms, and they didn't even do that. Also when we checked in, the front desk attendant did not provide an overview of the hotel amenities, besides the fact that there was breakfast in the mornings and the cost. I've been to several IHG hotels before, at least a dozen times, and have generally been very pleased with their hotels. This particular state was okay because the hotel was clean and located in a very convenient area close to the river front with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

It was good

Breakfast cost 14.95 per person and is not included in the cost of the hotel room. When I booked, I wasn't aware that it cost money. Maybe that's on me. The room itself was kind of dirty. Dirty drapes, crumbs on the bed upon check in, and dirty walls. The tv remotes also didn't work. The pluses were the hotel has an amazing restaurant attached to it (the entire reason I booked there tbh) and it's in a central location to shopping. The staff was nice, but there wasn't an explanation on check in about what time check out is or that coffee is free in the lobby. Maybe it was all a one-off experience, but I probably wouldn't stay at that location again.

It was good except the advertising had a picture of a TV in the bunk bed room and ours didn't my little one whom scared of the dark slept in my room. Pool was really cold. But overall it was a very nice stay.
-
Rather clean room, and well maintained. Rooms were quiet, and restaurant on site was good as well . Overall a nice stay.
-
Rooms were clean and staff was very nice. But there was no continental breakfast.

Everything was satisfactory! One thing to take into consideration, is extend breakfast hours to 10-10:30? A lot of people are not early risers. Thank you!
-
Very nice room. Shower was a bit forceful, otherwise pleased.
