Americas Best Value Inn East Peoria

Very clean quiet hotel. I would stay there again.

This hotel is located close to the airport, which was reason we chose it. The man checking us in was on the phone during the entire process. It was clean enough and quiet, but I was uneasy when I saw the dead bolt had been busted off our room door and it had not been repaired. The hallway lights were bright and on all night-probably for a good reason. The hallway was only accessible with a room card which made me feel a little better.

Air conditioning is fine, the room could have been slightly more clean. Tv didn't work. Parking was fine. I which the property was better maintained

Sheets had stains on them. Roof was leaking while there, they had buckets in hallway to catch water. They say they have breakfast, but when we went down there all there was was juice, boiled eggs, bananas, and few prepackaged danishes and stale cereal. Staff was really nice, but it’s definitely gone down hill since the last time we stayed here.

Clean room

I asked to do an early check in. I noted the special requests when I booked the room. I was scheduled to work in Peoria that weekend. I got off of work at 430 a.m. He denied me and told me Id mess up his audit. So I ended up sleeping in my vehicle till check in at 3. Then when I got to my room, I went to go shower and noticed there were long black hairs on the toilet and it was obvious that the floor hadn't been nor mopped. Needless to say, I will never stay again.

Our room was clean. There were people were lurking in the parking lot and by the side doors. Our door had to be pushed hard to close. A very uncomfortable night.

Location is close to everything!

Average hotel for the discount price. Location was nice. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Very clean. Recently remodeled. Everything was as it should be.

No one was at front desk. We’re 3 different parties waiting. 1 went and searched and found him. Room was very damp. Breakfast was Cheerios and a couple hard boiled eggs and almost empty coffee pot. Front desk guy was on his phone at a table when I wanted to check out. He just said leave keys and you’re ok. Would not recommend this place!

This room defied my expectations. At first I thought it was in a more run down part of town, but pulling up it was right next to a shopping center. The room was nicer than expected and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The hallways were not that clean and one of the outside doors was covered in these disgusting mayflies. The Continental Breakfast was lacking, with only some cereal and breakfast bars. I couldn't figure out how to change the channel on the TV and it only pars Cars 1, but I wasn't complaining. Overall, better than expected and I would probably stay again.

Allows dogs and has ok breakfast. Staff is great
