Ice cold air conditioner. No complaints at all

No one at the desk 99% of time. Light not working in entrance of the room. No tissues in room. Had to ask for them. Elevator door on 3rd floor needed cleaned and painted.

The check in process was easy. There was definitely age and wear to the property but for our quick overnight stay it was fine. Breakfast in the morning was sparce but the waffles made up for the lack of variety.

Room was clean and staff friendly. The breakfast was pretty good for a free hotel breakfast, definitely above what you typically get.

I was staying here because I was in town for a tournament, and since this was one of the cheapest choices, I had not set the bar high. The location was perfect for everything I needed to do. The air conditioning was not cold and the breakfast was cereal, coffee, and waffles. Still, for the price I was not surprised.

We had to move to another room due to bathroom had plumbing problems the toilet was leaking, the second room we moved to, the faucet was broken, and the room was very dusty. There was no ice machines on the 2nd or 3rd floor, we had to go to the first floor. The continental breakfast didn't have no meat, eggs, fruit, orange juice, cranberry juice, or apple juice.

The hotel was very dated. Could of been a little cleaner. Breakfast was very poor. Could of had a few more choices then mini muffins and toast with butter.

The air conditioning in the room did not work. The bathtub leaked all night long.

EVERYTHING is out of date, including the elevator safety certificate. Dripping faucet all night. 'Continental breakfast' is non-existent.

Sadly this location is in desperate need of updates. From a bathroom sink that was separating from the wall, to stained curtains, and walls that needed a good scrubbing and paint. The front desk person was pleasant and was seen mopping and vacuuming floors in the lobby. The bed linens were clean at least but even for the lower rate I would not recommend.

Nothing The carpet was gross and made your feet dirty, stains on the pillow cases, shower curtain and window curtains. Very gross and dirty.

The door to the room didn't fit properly & there was a roach in the room - so I just could not sleep in a room like that

Breakfast sucked, just cereal and waffles. No juice. Just milk. Room was dirty. Crumbs all over the floor. Sink was barely installed into the wall. Dirt buildup and what looked like bug residue all over the lamps. Stains on the chair. No locks, neither chain or regular. There was a homeless man living outside. All in all terrible hotel that should probably be shut down. Everything. Room was filthy and cost me over 200 dollars for the 2 night stay. Room had a weird smell, crumbs and dirt everywhere. I would've rather stayed in my car than this dump hole of a hotel.
