Very nice and clean place

It’s a fine hotel but I won’t plan on staying again if I’m in the area.

$9 daily resort fee for “free” wifi ☠️ they don’t even offer laundry

Place was great and very clean.

Nice place to stay. Better and less expensive than the chain hotels in the area. The steakhouse is awesome! The casino was fun! This is my new place to stay as I travel to the area for work frequently. I highly recommend it over any of the chain hotels!

Good location, quiet and comfortable beds

Very clean, but maybe because it was a casino hotel it always had a smokers smell to it. Seemed like they used air fresheners or cleaners that were super strong to try to cover it up, but the scent was very old school and pleasant. The carpet in the hallway was bunched up and almost caused us to trip several times. No microwave in the room and only one on each floor. You cannot get breakfast until 8AM. The sweet lady working the deli type restaurant had to take the order and make the food herself which caused a backup. Slightly strange to spend money on two security guards at the casino entrance at 8AM, but only one restaurant worker. With all this said, the hotel price was reasonable.

The bed was GREAT! I appreciate the crispy sheets and the pillows. I was on a floor that was quiet which was fantastic. I was NOT impressed with the fact housekeeping did not come and I had to call for more towels at 6pm.

Front desk manager joyann/joann was very unprofessional and raised her voice to me several times while trying to check inn. I was just trying to explain how our booking system worked. It took way longer to check in as she would not listen, only stating that's not how this works. This was my first time at this establishment and being treated so poorly guarantees ill never come back.
