Par-A-Dice Hotel and Casino

Everything was great. The checking in and out was easy

Staff was unhelpful with booking another night even with $500 cash deposit

Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. I didn't make it to the casino, but the front desk was very hospitable and even offered me a preference of room

Rooms were very nice and clean. Walk in shower was great

No public washer or dryer.

Nice river view but gloomy day casino was ok.

The TVs not having input options for traveling teen boys is hard . Definitely need to treat the area for the May flies

No EV station to charge the EV

The place is very nice and i felt very safe being there. the room and beds were very comfortable.

Booked Par-A-Dice through Expedia for a VIP stay and Melissa at the front desk made it exceptional. I asked about a suite upgrade and she personally took the time to make it happen. She was professional, kind, and a huge help. The suite and property were great, but Melissa’s service is why we’ll be back.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. It's a bit of a walk to the casino or you can wait for a shuttle. Parking lot has plenty of parking spots.

did not like having to pay a resort fee and there was not resort no breakfast if resort wouldnt that be included witth the price

The hotel was clean and staff was super friendly. The Tin Lizard restaurant was sooo good and super friendly staff there too. I would definitely go back:)

Friendly staff, clean room and spacious.

Staff were extremely rude. There was a huge power outage in the area. And they were not very accommodating at all. And very rude to anyone trying to see if there was any way to reimburse anything. The cleaning staff was the only helpful staff with anything..
