Best Western Plus Peoria

Everything was great! The staff was friendly even though it was a busy weekend.

Our king bed had a terribly saggy mattress. It seemed very old and lumpy and sagged in the middle. Breakfast was ok but the raw bacon was a turnoff. Room was clean enough for a one night stay. Elevator was very slow and the elevator floor needed a covering. The place was just tired.

Beds were not very comfy, compared to other Best Western Plus I have stayed at

Mold and mildew smell, hallways and elevator had no air conditioning, hole in the tub covered with a patch, ants coming through the dried window grout, gnats and flies coming through the hallway window grout. Caroline and Stevie were very helpful and kind. The breakfast server during the week, who makes conversation and said she graduated from East Peoria high in 1971 was very personable and delightful to speak with. Last of all manager insisted that I had called for maintenance to fix the drain, but I didn't. Someone at the desk said it was the guest who stayed before complained, but the manager argued with me about it. So much wrong that I had to stay in three different rooms. The manager even admitted to me that some of the rooms were bad. I was not there for vacation but family emergency and needed last minute stay so that's the only reason why I ended up here. Couldn't change hotels because I was at the hospital by my mother's side. Mngr never apologized for any of my inconveniences.....didn't care. I got $100 back, but he refused any more.

Good breakfast and good location

Our room was clean. The bedding was updated nicely, and some updated painting had been done. The carpet was a little worn and older looking in the room and in the hallways. Overall a very positive experience. We would return!

The staff was great and the breakfast changes on the weekends to give variety.

I think there was some fixing up/possible renovating taking place during my stay.Nothing to terrible.,but was inconvenience enough by the work.

It was pretty good I got a really great deal so I really don't have complaints.

Clean room, quiet, pool was clean, good breakfast and awesome coffee station

The hotel was clean, but in need of some maintenance and upgrades, especially the bathroom. The check in staff was very welcoming and kind.

I had a accessible room, everything was perfectly laid out, plenty of room, comfortable bed, shower had great pressure,

Floors in the room were so dirty I had to throw out my socks as they were black from your disgusting floors. Also the 1st night they put me next to the breakfast area and I was awakened by noisy kids and adults and couldn't go back to sleep!!! I moved to another filthy room where I finished my stay!

Short stay was good overall

Good price. Half the price of the Fairfield next door and just as nice. Good breakfast. Will stay here again.
