Casino Queen Hotel

The clerk that checked me out at 9:00 am was rude when I asked her about getting ice on my departure,all the other clerks I dealt with were very professional and courteous. Does elevator in the hallways in the hotel reach the odor of marijuana.

Fun experience however only one elevator (of the two) was working and the remote control in the room did not work nor could you manually change the channels using the buttons on the TV.

We had a very disappointing experience with the staff. We were a group of 17 very tired from business travel. Check in was at 4pm but didn’t give us our 5 rooms until 4:50pm. At check out time we requested check out at 11:30am but they refused and want to charge extra. Staff not helpful, kind or courteous. If you don’t appreciate my business I will take it somewhere else. Thank you.

Room was clean. Appreciated being next to the casino. Our “casino view” was just the side of the building.

Very comfortable beds clean will be staying again

The rooms have been updated with new carpet, air conditioning. One of the elevators is always broke down and the food at the bridgeaway was better this time. The slots could pay off more.

We (my wife and I) had to go without pillows, for the first time, ever. We have stayed here before (more than once) and they always accommodated us with non feathered bedding. This time we had to use the extra towels as pillows. The receptionist called her supervisor on us for our registration ask, for unfeathered pillows.

Other than the TV not working, it was a good stay.

A clean and convenient hotel. Literally right on the river. Just the Illinois side of the Arch.

Clean room. No carts available for luggage. No coffee machines in room or lobby. Needs updating. Staff could have been friendlier

Did not allow us to check in early! Strict to what U paid for room view

Check in was at 4, Didn’t have a room available until 6. Gave me a handicap accessible room(not what I booked). Toilet wasn’t properly bolted to the floor and moved when it was sat on. Took a shower and water went all over the entire bathroom floor. No fitted sheet on the bed just a flat sheet and the mattress cover was stained. The lamp shade was covered in stains as well.

Bed had hairs on it and there was something nasty in the fridge

The rooms were clean. Nice location.

Got stuck in the elevator for over five minutes before help arrives front desk very rude rooms were dirty pool not operational would never recommend this hotel!!!!

The coffee pot is in the bathroom. These seems very unsanitary.

There was no phone to call front desk staff was very impatient and not very helpful no microwave in room beds half made up check in delays the only thing good about this place was the price

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was nice but low water pressure In the shower. Restaurant had good food too!
