Door was broke. Tv didn’t work.

Bed sheets had a lot of stains. The elevator had bad smell.

Plenty of parking. Staff were friendly. Rooms are spacious. Easy access to the Metro.

got bit by a bug while staying in the hotel and it’s still healing , i had to go to the hospital to get antibiotics and crème because it was almost as big as a grapefruit

Was in town to watch the Cardinals. Casino Queen provided a free shuttle to and from the game. Along with free parking, this makes Casino Queen the best economical stay for coming to the St. Louis area for a sporting event.

For a one night stay it was a great rate. Hotel was very sufficient.

The view was nice, In our room the toilet did not work, maintenance was called several times and the bathroom sink was clogged. However overall it was good, I did not ask nor was any compensation offered, just room change, we did not change rooms because we where checking out next day.

Besides the Front staff being irritated because of an outage, and us catching the emotional strain from it, our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The night I T person, was very professional and assuring. The Casino staff from the restaurants to the gaming floor was very friendly and helpful. The location was a little inconvenient for restaurants or fast food. But the overall stay was good.

I was to receive my deposit of $100.00 back once we checked out and they did so at first then took it back and charged me more on my debit card. I’m not pleased with this establishment at all. Was left on hold for thirty minutes trying to get a response as to why this all occurred.

Pool says open until 9pm but it's close at 830pm
