Overall very good place to stay but the pool is extremely cold at night but everything else is perfect!

Room is clean. Great breakfast. Staff is friendly.

I liked the parking and the proximity to the ball stadium and other attractions. Our room had a damp musty smell that was not apparent in the hallway. However, it was so hot and humid outside that we chalked it up to the air conditioning working overtime.

Great location within walking distance to the ballpark and the arch.

The parking is a bit treacherous. The staff was absolutely wonderful! If your room is on the 5th floor I would highly recommend getting a room change. The floor itself is very noisy because that is where the pool is located. I am aware that the hotel cannot do anything about the other guests noise. The hotel itself is a little dated but overall met our needs. We did feel the beds were comfortable and was close to walking distance for many attractions that we went to.

Bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was totally dark when I turned all the light off and I loved it. Too warm for me 75° and the shower level didn't let me get cold water.

The nicest staff! Very clean! Very safe for a downtown location, you have to have a key card to get anywhere! Tons of amenities!

It's not in a great area. You're right off the highway near the arch, which is nice, but being near the un-used, former Rams stadium means a lot of abandoned businesses nearby. It's a bunch of graffiti and homeless between the hotel and the Arch / Cardinals. I guess I didn't read closely about the $30 on-site parking, thinking I would get free parking at the hotel and walking to/from the arch for our morning tour. Thankfully, it's a very high security hotel. You need a key-card to get anywhere, including the front door, elevator, and garage. I thought I specified a river / arch facing room, but that didn't work out. The room and breakfast were great. No concerns there, just not a nice area and be aware that you'll pay for parking.
