The staff was very kind !

The staff was absolutely excellent. The Dome Arena was in walking distance to the hotel, about a 2-3 minute walk. The room and hotel were very clean. I just wish there were a microwave in the room. You have to share one in the lobby. The elevators can be a long wait at times too. Breakfast was standard continental. Other than that, great location and friendly staff.

Highly recommend. Proximity to interstate was a bonus, to Casino was outstanding & breakfast options were great.

Location is within a short walk distance to the Arch, the river, and several restaurants. Staff was helpful and attentive! We had a little issue with the A/C unit, and within about 20 minutes, maintenance had the problem diagnosed and fixed! Just a dirty filter! On a 98° day, we were pleased with the promptness!

The main areas of the property were good but the bathroom needs some work. Unknown to me there was a cockroach in the bathtub. My husband didn’t tell me until after we left. The breakfast was cold, eggs and sausage. Would not stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and ready for us. Parking was very tight.

This hotel was ok for our family or 4. It could use a little more deep cleaning.
-
The room I booked was supposed to be riverview but I could only see the roof and the building across the street. The pullout bed was not clean and there was a hair in the shower on the shampoo bottles. No I would not recommend you stay at this hotel. Although the staff were very helpful and kind.

When checking in to my room the door was standing wide open. After looking at the door it had been kicked in or jimmy recently. Told staff and all they said is they would look into it. Also the refrigerator did not work at all, also they had elevator out for the hotel and no other options but to walk up and down 8 flight of stairs 90 % of the time. Very disappointed.

The location of the hotel was great. Close to the arch, restaurants, city museum, and the ball park. Of course be prepared to walk a little bit, which would have been much better if it wasn't 100 degrees outside! But still enjoyed exploring the city. The worst part about the experience was one of the elevators being out of service. Most of the time the wait would be so long that we would have to take the stairs. We were on the 8th level, which mixed with the insane heat wave was not preferred. Good thing we got in a lot of extra steps, but there were times after walking miles outside you'd rather be able to ride up to your floor and cool off in the room instead of treking up 8 flights of concrete stairs. If you were lucky to get an elevator, it was absolutely packed, and most of the time you would need to ride in the opposite direction before going to your actual destination due to being excited to have at least gotten a spot. Of course, we would wait for the elevators if really needed, as to carry bags or food. For the most part place was nice. Staff was great. Wish there would have been an incentive, however, with the elevator being down and causing a lot of unneeded inconvenience.
-
The elevator situation is horrible. People were waiting as long as 45 minutes to use them. I would never go back.
-
Hotel was able to let us check in early. Very friendly staff. Parking was easy to access in and out. Would stay there again!
-
Daughter had something crawling on her in bed. Not sure what it was. I scheduled a. Riverview room and had a wall to look at out the window. My opinion the carpet needs some serious attention and the Elevators are seriously a joke slowest things I’ve ever seen

One elevator was down and the tiny elevators were a big frustration. We waited over 20 minutes to go 8 floors down on a Friday morning. Just as bad on Saturday. Used the stairs to go to the pool or we might nothave had any time to spend there due to the elevator situation. We did not get clean towels during our stay, Maybe this is normal?
-
The parking was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and included with the stay. It’s close to the Arch and Busch Stadium. The pool was a lot of fun.

We drove in from the Field of Dreams in Iowa after attending a Ghost Show. Hotel was easy to find. Easy access/walking distance to restaurants and Busch Stadium. Parked the car Saturday night n didn’t use again till Monday morning when we left. Gals at the front desk made suggestions on food deliveries. Thanks to all that assisted while we were there!
