Not clean
-
As soon as we sat on the bed, it flattened out to the box springs. We were literally sleeping on the box springs. The toilet ran non stop.
-
Great location . Easy walk to the arch and Busch Stadium. parking garage connected to the hotel. Delicious free breakfast. Spacious and clean room .
-
I like the location it was an easy walk to the arch on the 4th. How ever the elevators were a unique experience. The front staff was very friendly and helpful they were great.
-
One elevator was out of service and that kept the other two pretty busy. It happens but will need to allow some extra time for it.
-
on a busy 4th of July week they should have expedited the repair of their teeny tiny elevators. Waiting for an elevator, because one was broke down all week, was a ridiculous waste of time.
-
St.Louis was the problem.

Stayed for the 4th weekend, hotel was sold out. With that being said, the staff was phenomenal-especially breakfast attendants. There was a full stock of everything even with long lines for food. The biggest bummer of the weekend, and it made a significant impact on our activities, was the poor elevator service. With two of the three elevators working, you still averaged waiting around 20 minutes to get an elevator. So frustrating.

Staff was nice
-
Hair dryer was broken, the bathroom sink was clogged, one of the elevators was broken. The elevator waits were very long.
-
The front desk staff (Paula I think checked us in and handle our issue with grace) and security were exceptional and kind. Breakfast was great and location to the Arch was perfect for us to walk to.
-
Staff are nice, breakfast was good and has good selections. The room and property is clean. Close and accessible to everywhere we went to. The parking my husband didn’t like so much, it’s tight. But that’s comes with having a property in downtown I guess.
-
The parking garage is a bit tight but the security was nice using the room key for doors/elevators/parking. The air conditioner in our room worked so well, which was great since it was hot. We enjoyed our stay. Just wish there were more elevators.
-
Check in was good. Elevators were frustrating and we weren't told about how to use the key card for the elevator and one elevator wasnt working. Our toilet had a leak in the tank so it ran off and on all the time but the desk made a work order for maintenance. We also reported the carpet in our room needed cleaned. I had to wash my bare feet after walking around in the room before putting on my shoes. Icemaker on our floor wasn't working reported and it was not fixed until after noon the next day. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed watching fireworks from our window in the room. We would stay here again. The list of local places to eat was very helpful.

Clean room. Good breakfast

Location & the staff was friendly and helpful Everything was fine

Central location, staff was very friendly Parking expensive (30$ per night), long waiting times for an elevator, floor was very dirty ( kids feet were black just from walking barefoot on it.
