Nice boutique hotel in a great location downtown. Although some things were a little dated, it was nice overall. The staff was amazing!
-
This particular location was not as nice or eye catching as the Kansas City location. The hotel had a 1950-60's feel which my wife and I appreciated. Specially when accessing the elevators but the space in the elevators was very small and in need of renovations.

I stayed for one night and I will stay again here if needed!

I love everything about this hotel. Me and my best friend stay here for overnight for the R &B Tour and it was amazing. The room was great the staff was absolutely amazing. Very helpful. I was just like being at home here. The location is great it’s in walking distance to everything that we needed for our stay. We will be back ❤️❤️

Room as great. We liked the decor and the fact that the bath was on a separate hall vs accessed from room was good. We were in 201 They ran out of some food for breakfast but we did get there toward the end.

Disappointed that this hotel did not have refrigerators available as 85-95% of hotels provide this service across the U.S. This made it difficult for a family to spend multiple days in the city. Ice machines were currently inoperable and had limited functionality, only one working machine was available for the entire hotel.

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT reserve the Standard Room, 2 Double Beds at this location. It was like sleeping in a closet. Zero floor space or walking room around beds or the desk by the window. The room was so small that I had to move one of the decorative round tables into the closet just to add more space. You can also tell the design of the room didn’t fit, because half of one of the pictures was behind the TV stand. A standard king would probably work. But for 2 adults and two older children trying to sleep in that room was almost impossible. Look elsewhere if you’re trying to sleep 4.

This is a very old style hotel with shabby updates the picture online is not a true representation.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was convenient enough for us to walk to Busch Stadium. The mattress was pretty comfortable and the shower had good pressure with hot water. The parking wasn't on site BUT it was an easy walk just a block away. The room didn't have a refrigerator or a microwave. The ice machine was on the 4th floor and we were on the 10th. There weren't many options for drinks or snacks in the lobby. My white socks were black on the bottom after walking around our room without shoes on.

Close to everything, clean and friendly staff Small shower

Online information showed breakfast, refrigerator and microwave however none were included. Breakfast not on Monday mornings. No microwaves but they did eventually bring us a cube fridge to use. The telephone in our room did not work and with the best efforts of two diligent staff members could not get it working. They took our freezer packs and put them in their freezer! Excellent location close to the Arch and walkable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I really appreciated Tiffany as well as all of the staff. My grandchildren had a blast thanks to them.

The location was Amazing. The staff was excellent and all very friendly. Cleaner. The elevator was a little dirty and the hot water in the shower could have been hotter. The light above the bed was burnt out .
