Hotel Indigo St. Louis - Downtown by IHG

I love staying at the Hotel Indigo in St. Louis. Within walking distance of all attractions. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Property is very clean and full of charm.

Easy access Parking was separate. Air conditioning unit didn’t stay on long enough to keep the room cool

No parking on site and having to pay for parking

Walking Distance to Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium & Ballpark Village. Hotel Staff were there 24 hours at front desk. Always Friendly and Helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Comfy King Bed. Love tile in bathroom and chandelier in hotel entrance. Security was priority. Elevators would only work with room key. Breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices. Delicious Home Cooked Food. Would Definitely Stay at Hotel Indigo Again.

The room was clean and location great to walk to the ball park There was no where to park to unload our belongings. The lady at the front desk was not very welcoming at check in but at check out another lady was very nice. There was no on site parking or valet. Breakfast was shut down two mornings.

The staff at the front deck were AMAZING! Super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. They all deserved a raise!! NA

Parking was a two block walk from the hotel and in a public paid lot

Inexpensive compared to other options We wanted to eat breakfast but they we understaffed and was taking to long downtown traffic is very busy on a Friday afternoon we were unable to park close

Breakfast wasn't available and free parking wasn't either. Good thing was the location to nearby sites were convenient

Tiny room very old; nothing special; parking is horrible and expensive. Downtown St Louis is dead.

Other than that, the beds were extremely comfortable and a room service was great.

Breakfast was good the first two days. They ran out of some items on the third day. Possibly better planning would be good.

We opted for breakfast option but choices are limited. Moreover, the cutlery was dirty and had stains. There is one server and service is late. Not worth of your time if you are in rush. We opted for cafe next door and have good options. The hotel is great location wise, 10mins to the arch and the dome. We booked last minute and did not had many choices, but never booking at Indigo again.
