Reviews
-
Only stayed for a quick overnight but room was nice, clean, and staff was helpful for our late evening check in. Easy walk to the Arch and Busch stadium.
-
Everything was great except the parking. Our wagoneer wouldn't fit in the garage so we had to park a couple blocks down the street.
-
Very nice stay. Perfect location for July 4th

We had arrived in STL for an event at the Enterprise Center and we had reservations at the Hyatt Regency. Upon checking in I had asked if our room was facing the Arch, it was not. But Patrick was so kind and upgraded our room for free to the King Suite so that we would be able to see the Arch from our room. Needless to say, we were blown away, not only from the room and the view, but also from the kindness of the staff! Patrick went out of his way to give us an experience that we may have never received otherwise. A huge heartfelt thank you to Patrick and to the Hyatt for a fantastic overnight stay.

Hannah at the front desk was amazing and really helpful. Great customer service and answered all my questions on the 4th of July events. Room was clean. Water pressure in the shower was great and good temperatures. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, perfect view (The Gateway Arch)
-
All good

This is a very nice hotel. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. This trip was for The National Baptist Congress of Christian Education, and was very close to the Convention Center if you wanted to walk. It is a little pricey.
-
Our room faced towards the Gateway Arch/church. Very clean hotel. Staff was awesome. The restaurants were bith really good
-
Our stay was decent. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s across the street from the arch. The room we stayed in was and older room you can tell my the smell in the room and we did have some trouble with the plumbing the sink was slow to drain and the toilet struggled to completely flush.
-
Location was good and the hotel was nice. Matt in guest services was my favorite, and thanks to Wyatt for helping get us a room. This website did not book our room, so we almost did not have a room at all on a crazy busy night where all the costs skyrocketed for some sorority event.
-
Location was great, staff friendly Air conditioning in room didn’t work. After being out all day in 95 degree weather, we were looking forward to a cold room. Maintenance tried to repair but no luck. 80 degrees in the room all night. Hotel was fully booked so couldn’t swap rooms.
-
I liked the location. You were within spitting distance of the boat tours and the arch. If you wanted to see a baseball game, a ten minute walk, good bbq, ten minute walk. And it seemed safe, and that is important
-
It was great. We did go to the bar and had a beer and appetizers which was good. Staff was very friendly.
-
Nice clean rooms with dinning options downstairs…. Great for families & and Amazing location
-
Great experience! Can’t wait to go back.
-
The shower pressure was lacking but otherwise the property was amazing.
-
Great staff! Clean rooms. The restaurant we went to in the Hyatt had great food, except that the black bean burger was cold. On the second night, we ordered room service; however, they forgot part of our meal—otherwise, a great place to stay.
-
Proximity to the arch and Busch stadium. Not having my daughter grab a used vape pin out of floor as soon as we get there… not getting barraged by the valet. Not having a bug crawl on us in the middle of the night
