It was a beautiful building. Supernatural location. Ruth's steakhouse was very good but service was slow The hotel staff was rude, unresponsive, and indifferent.

The location is right in front of the arch and is located close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately the parking situation is a bit confusing and the room I booked didn’t have a closet nor was the mini fridge working very well.

Very clean and within walking distance to other places. The parking. We could not park in their garage. We had to park a few blocks away.

We enjoyed our stay! Valet was great and quick as they could be. Staff were friendly, our room was clean.

Didn’t realize they got rid of the pool which was disappointing. Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Breakfast very overpriced. View was great. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Loved everything about it!! Great location! Close to everything… food, entertainment, ballpark village! And the room had an amazing Arch and river view!

great location near the arch, staff was very helpful ....had breakfast there one day it was very good. In town for a family reunion , it was our central meeting point
