Best one I've ever had at the Hyatt. Only problem is that we had no washcloths. I didn't want to call housekeeping at midnight, so we made do with hand towels. Highly recommended!

Great hotel!

Great place to stay in St. Louis. Easy access to many attractions.

Love this place will difinitely stay there again

I booked the hotel for my birthday. The lobby was prettyand staff was helpful. The hallway was dirty coming from the elevator. The bathroom floor was also dirty in the room. I was given a key to someone else's room. I woke up to Caucasian hair on my pajamas. The bathroom tub was leaking. However, we did have a decent view from the room.

Excellent location. Right across the street from the Arch. A quick walk to the ball field and a lot of nice places to eat. In for a longer walk??? The original Union station is a site to see. Everyone was very nice. Our room had an amazing view of the Arch and surroundings. Recommend the avocado toast for breakfast. Yummy.

Check in went fast. Staff was very helpful. The room appeared clean but when I checked mini fridge there was ton of leftover food from prior guest. We were also missing hand soap. We alerted front desk and they took care of it right away. Had a pleasant stay. Will absolutely be back

Hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly and we were able to park in the lot and check in early which worked out really well for a daytime ballgame. The room was spacy and clean. Beds were cozy and they had great pillows. We visited the terrace on the top floor for a lovely view of the arch and river - don't miss it. We had a room just off the elevator and had no problems with sound from the elevator or hallway! Ordered breakfast off the menu and it was good and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Ordered pizza from Pops just a block and a half away and it was delish, brought it back to the hotel. It was a great stay!

Room was not made up one day.

Again another hotel that has mold in the corner on the ceiling in the bathroom.... just why??
-
Perfect location but a big city hotel which lacked the personal touch.
-
Getting little dated! Elevators really slow!!

Stayed: July 29, 2026 This hotel delivered exactly the kind of service every traveler hopes for. They replied to my message before arrival, and when I showed up early, they had no problem giving me the room right away. That level of attention makes a huge difference. The area around the hotel is beautiful and extremely convenient — perfect for walking, sightseeing, and enjoying St. Louis. One small tip: breakfast gets busy, so go early if you want a smooth experience. I absolutely recommend this property. It was a fantastic stay.

Great location. Good enough hotel for the money. Staff was very sped up and could come off as rude. Hair all over the bed. Drawers were disgusting, crumbs and leftover food in there. It was a concert weekend so maybe it was due to overcapacity but I wouldn’t stay here again.
-
It’s right next to the arch which was convenient. Our room had issues though. The toilet barely flushed, and the toilet seat was broken, the bathtub water didn’t drain properly and quickly backed up, the soap dispenser handle was broken off, there were several large spiders on the outside of the window but that was the view, and the room alarm clock went off in the middle of the night and we hadn’t touched it. It was startling. Overall the room itself was pretty poor. The location was good.
-
The bed had no fitted sheet, just a flat sheet tucked in. We also had to switch rooms. We checked in right at time, but our room was not ready so we had to change to a room with zero windows. Everything else was fine. It was perfect walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go.
-
Super clean and easy check in.
-
I couldn't believe how close to the arch it is. I could sit in my window and look out at it. Absolutely beautiful view. Also great walking distance to the ball field.

Booked a stay for a concert. Did not have our room ready at 4pm...did not have it ready until 7pm. We had to check our bags and get ready in the bathroom. When we got back we had to wait for an elevator for over 1/2 hour. It was on the 12th floor so I wasn't about to take the stairs with a bad knee. Won't be staying at a hyatt again.

The stay was terrible my room flooded the staff lied about reimbursing my money they said I was going to get 100%reimbursement and only gave me half they charged me for 2 nights of parking and I only stayed 1 night it was a very disappointing experience.
