Very friendly and helpful customer service, clean room

I was also considerably less than imnpressed that I couldn't get a detailed receipt from the front desk when I checked out. I was told that since I booked thru a third party, they would provide me with the receipt. Really? Everywhere else that I have booked thru Expedia has been able to provide me with a detailed receipt, so how come this hotel couldn'?

The best part about the hotel is the location. Everything else wasn't up to par. It needs a serious renovation. I had a king room with the arch view. Beautiful view. But the room gives old vibes. The bed was hard and headboard made noise. No smart tv so you have to cast from your phone. The toilet took 1 minute to finishing flushing. Windows weren’t sound proof because you can hear the cars from the highway below. And the worst thing was hearing the people in the room next to us. It sounded like they were in our room with us. The conversations were crystal clear.

Awesome experience 👏

The room was not clean. After walking on the carpet in the room my socks were filthy. The air conditioner in the room was blowing out a warm sticky mist. I had the air on 65 and it didn't cool off the room. I complained to the front desk staff and all they said was there were other guests that have complained about the same issue.

Great view

Room clean. Limited lobby area/common area seats

There were several eating options at the hotel! I loved the views from my room and the walkability.

Hyatt is always beautiful! Love them... The only true negative I have to say, is there parking situation. Trying to get in to the valet parking, which is the only way you can park, is a nightmare. Especially during events... But if you don't have a car, or don't go during major events, it's an amazing hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the staff is amazing, and you'll definitely love everything about it!

Excellent

Better signage for the front of the hotel and valet, we originally went to the wrong side and ended up having to wait longer bc it was a busy check in time.
-
Hotel was perfectly located for visiting the Arch and the surrounding park/museum area. Unfortunately, with a family, that part of downtown didn’t have much else for us to do, but for a visit specifically to the Arch, and the Historic Courthouse across the street, it was great.

Love it, now I will really consider it as one of my favorite

Perfect place

Great place to stay when visiting the Arch or going to a Baseball game.

Arch is outside my window in the morning. Four restaurants to choose from under one roof. Breakfast is awesome with buffet or menu. Full bar in the evening is relaxing. A staff member walked ne down the street to my Uber. Great customer service.

My toilet overflowed the morning I left. I was unable to take a shower before I left. They did send maintenance but its one of those thing
