This hotel is about convenience and location. No one tells you to go park in the blue ramp down the street on the left and get a ticket BEFORE you check in. Nice man in valet parking area provided that info. The hotel is older and terribly out of date. Be prepared to wait to check-in. The line for the elevator was crazy long all the time. After a concert at the ballpark, we had to wait almost 45 minutes for an elevator or consider walking up 22 flights of stairs. The bar/restaurant was clearly understaffed. Food was cold, and never got our drinks. The rooms were meh.. definitely not a barefoot kinda floor and the toilet had mold and piss around the base. The tub grout was so old it was brown in places and shower didn't drain. If you are looking for convenient/expensive mediocre ccommodations then this place is for you.

    Clean room and nice staff.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Experienced blood on the sheets and pillow cases, had to call four times until the problem was solved.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

The elevators are very slow. The facility is dirty. Underneath our vanity in the bathroom it smelled musty and mildewy. Upon looking under it it was packed with wet dirty towels and washcloths. Very disgusting gave the room a nasty odor. The drapes of curtains were also filthy. I would expect much better from the Hilton. The valet parking on days that the Cardinals are playing is very slow.

Hotel was dirty. The hallways smelled like marijuana. Elevators were slow and didn’t fit a ton of people.

Oh my gosh!! This is one of the best I've ever stayed in. The ballpark view! Just across the street to see a game! Rooftop restaurant! More views of ballpark! Absolutely 💯 top of the line! Thank you for such a GREAT experience!

The room wasn’t worth the money. We had a stadium view, but it was on the lower level of the view. The drywall was falling off the ceiling in the shower. The vending was on even numbered floors. The staff did not share that with us, had to be asked. Location in proximity to where we needed was good.

The hotel needs updating but it was a great stay

Great hotel. Close to everything. The only issue we had was the elevators were really slow

I am not one who typically writes reviews but if you are wanting to stay here, the only reason to do so is for the location (very close to Busch Stadium and the Arch) and the onsite Starbucks. The location was not maintained, very dirty, staff was not helpful and honestly just very rude. We had to call for linens for the pullout couch over 5 times, we did not have any shampoo, conditioner or body wash in our room. I am not even sure if they cleaned our room before we checked in. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Hilton should be embarrassed.

The ceiling in our room was pealing and needs to be redo. We couldn't figure out how to get to the roof top bar, and when we asked staff they didn't tell us that the guy at the elevator had to swipe his key card to get you there. It was very close to the stadium and the arch.

    Great spot!! We will return.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Loved the stay and the location but both the AC unit and shower leaked and shoes had to be worn at all times.

    2) The a/c unit in the room had a rattle & vibration that sounded like it was coming apart all night long and kept waking us up. 3) Except for the lady who checked us in at the front desk and our waitress at breakfast this morning the staff at the hotel was very unfriendly & frankly, borderline rude. The elevator attendant had a horrible attitude and almost ruined our entire experience single-handedly.

Ice machine on 2 floors I checked did not work. The rooms were just dated and needed updated.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Very clean. Hallways in the East tower are HOT. Breakfast was fantastic. Definitely a perk if it’s included. It wasn’t for some. I did see that our bill for two adults and two kids would’ve been $76 if it wasn’t included. My only “complaint” is that the pool closed at 9pm. We were pretty surprised at that and had some upset kids. Cool location. Friendly staff.

I will not return to this property.

We were here 3 nights and two full days and they didn't clean the room. Even when we asked for it to be done. Our room was very worn looking and needed updating. No breakfast is included.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

My only complaint was the long lines at the elevator
