Clean room. Awesome view of the stadium. Fun bar. Great food around hotel. I stay here a lot for St Louis Cardinals games.

The telephone in the room did not work. We did tell the front desk and never fixed.

I really like enjoyed my stay!!! I will be back

Hotel is outdated. I've stayed here a few times because of its location to the stadium and being a rewards member. Staff is always friendly but the rooms is not worth the price you pay during events and usually not cleaned like they should be. This time first thing walking into the room it smelt terrible. Come to find out the toilet was clogged up. Called and waited around for about 30 mins before needing to head out for a meeting. Not sure how long it took them to resolve it but upon returning few hours later it was unclog. Definitely not a great impression after driving several hours to a room you can't use. Unless I have friends or co workers wanting to stay here I would take walking a few blocks over staying here any more.

The rooftop bar was awesome.

Staff was very helpful getting checked in. Room was clean and ready for check in. Proximity to Busch Stadium was perfect. Could see into ball park from hotel room. Would be my go to spot for ball games and visiting Arch

Outdated shower

The room did not cool optimally. There’s a wooden insert over the AC unit for esthetics and it interfered with cooling. The air blew up into the curtains and made my boyfriend sneeze all weekend. We kept the curtains pulled open or pinned against the wall. Rooftop bar was so nice but could be soooo much prettier. So many updates needed everywhere. Not to mention, one night our bill was $50+ for 5 drinks. Next night, different bartender 2 (of the same) drinks were $38! Vodka soda and rum and coke. Location was great however. Staff was kind. Parking $50/day.

Breakfast was hot and delicious! I love that the hotel was really close to bush stadium Hotel rooms need upgrades, and there wasn’t a microwave in the room. Overall, the hotel room was comfortable.

Location was excellent for our weekend getaway , the breakfast buffet and the service was top notch. Hotel is a lil dated needs some TLC.

Location & Starbucks Called guest services multiple times re: water running in toilet night & day. No cold water in bathroom. No drinking cups And a cockroach in bathroom!!
