Amazing property, staff was very friendly, great location!!

All of the staff were professional and provide excellent service We ended up have 2 meals in the hotel (dinner and breakfast) and the wait staff were attentive and outstanding. Walking distance to the convention center, the ball park and restruants No need to look for a different hotel next time we visit St Louis Marriott Bonvoy member

Everything but especially how close it is to everything. Right next to the ballpark. Less than 10 minutes walking distance from the Arch. Close to all kinds of great restaurants The only problem I had was trying to check out. After waiting for 15 minutes in line I decided to just leave my keys at the desk. There were 12 other people waiting in line to check out too. Ridiculous. Should be a 1 minute process. I needed to get moving because I was driving my daughter to the airport. Then I noticed later in the day they overcharged me/my credit card for parking in the parking garage per day. There was also another line of people waiting to get a code from the front desk staff to be able to park their cars in the garage. Come on people. There’s gotta be a better system for such a beautiful high end hotel

We were in town for the games. PERFECT location close to the stadium. Especially if you have seats on the 3rd baseline. Comfortable beds and pillows very clean and spacious room. Excellent food and drinks in the restaurant.

We liked the room and the bar. And it was right across the street from Cards stadium. The price more than doubles for Saturday night. We live in Pevely, MO and didn't want to drive home after drinking at the game.

The room was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable for our stay There was a lot of things broken in the room - towel bars falling off the walls in both bathrooms - tv remotes and tvs did not work well at all - for the amount of money we paid, I would’ve expected for the room to be cared for a little more - one of the days we were there, the housekeeping staff left a pile of dirty towels and a bag of trash in the hallway all day long.

Convenience to the ballpark. The bathroom had mold on the door. The shampoo bottle that was double sided taped to the wall fell off twice in our sleep. Not enough light in the room. Had to use flashlight to make my coffee. Couldn’t open the curtains because people across the way could see into the room. Definitely not worth almost $700 for two nights in a deluxe king room as compared to Live by Loews that is the same price. Bar foods were ok but $100 for a burger and chicken sandwich with 5 beers was steep even for downtown.

I love the shower!! The bed is super comfortable. The view out the huge full wall windows is of Busch stadium! Downside was we were on the 3rd floor right above the red line metro and you could hear the trains. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to St. Louis.

We were extremely please with the room and the amenities. The coffee was good and I appreciated that you had actual creamers and not the powered. The shampoo and body wash was amazing. You even impressed my husband. The cleaning staff didn't remove dirty coffee cups from our room and folded a used towel that was on the floor and placed it on top of the clean towels.
