This hotel is right next to the baseball stadium. So if you want to go to the game, this is the hotel for you.

Stayed: July 30, 2026 Traveler: Platinum Expedia Member I had a very disappointing experience at The Westin St. Louis. I submitted a special parking request through Expedia on July 11 and never received a response. When I arrived early for check‑in, the staff took my information, stored my luggage, and said they would call me when the room was ready. They never called. My reservation is clearly for three adults with breakfast, yet at checkout they claimed it only covered two. After leaving St. Louis, I realized I had left my Bose QuietComfort earbuds in the room. I called multiple times, left a voicemail for Lost & Found, and wrote again through Expedia. No one ever contacted me. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this property.

Large room with big windows. Very comfy beds. Hotel adjacent to the MetroLink train for access to airport & around town. Also very convenient for Busch stadium & Ballpark Village with its restaurants & bars.

    Beautiful hotel!

Hotel was very clean and spacious! Staff were very kind and helpful! Parking was very easy! Definitely a great place to stay if you are going to any kind of event at Busch Stadium, it’s just a couple minute walk to the front gates.

A great hotel right next to Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village. Staff was great!

Was a very nice hotel! Great room and great location to entertainment and activities. The restaurant was apparently severely understaffed. It took more than 20 minutes to be noticed at the host stand. We were seated and it appeared only one waitress was working. I believe she was doing what she could being alone. For this reason, we went elsewhere for dining.

Very convenient! Great place to stay.

Do not book. This property frequently overbooks and you may get there and be told you do not have a room! Front staff is incredibly rude.

The hotel is very large and has 7 floors, with many rooms on each floor. They have a tiny front desk and 2 elevators. I was also told the stairs were only for emergencies, and I had to wait for an elevator. This was right after a Cardinals game, when there was a 60 person line waiting for one of the 2 elevators. The place seems painfully ill equipped to handle as many guests as the hotel can hold. The rooms were ok, but one of the 2 rooms had a barely working ac and a mini fridge that didn’t work at all. After telling maintenance and leaving for an afternoon, we did find a note that said everything was fixed. Unfortunately, both stopped working again sometime between then and when we got back to the room. Great location, bad to terrible everything else. ESPECIALLY for the price. There are way better options in the area.

The valet told us we could park across the street in an uncovered parking lot or in the Westin's parking garage. The lot was easier to get to the hotel entrance, so we parked there. When we checked in, the front desk person did not for my license plate number. The lot sign said to register with the Metro link by phone, which I did. It said when we left it would automatically charge my credit card. Cost was $42.00. We stayed overnight for Cardinal's game. When I received my receipt from Metro it charged me $84.00. I called the front desk at Westin they said they could not help me, the manager was off and I would have to call Metro. I called Metro and they said that Westin would need to communicate with them to resolve the issue. I emailed the manager twice and never received a reply. I found out the usual steps are to give the front desk your license plate number and they take care of the charges. I would have appreciated the manager to at least give me some sort of reply.

Great experience & location to everything to see in St. Louis. Staff was excellent and went above & beyond to accommodate us when we had a schedule change while checking in. Will be the first place I look to stay when staying in St Louis again! Thanks!

The guys that parked your car were running to be able to get us our car! I would stay here again! Maybe just to relax!

We did valet parking. There was someone’s dirty sock in the floor in our room when we arrived. No free breakfast. Restaurant was kind of expensive.

No pool close to the ball field questionable guests someone knocked on our door at 3am trying to get in.
