The Westin St. Louis

Valet was closed as soon as check in was opened and self parking was a joke. 7 new codes and 7 trips back and forth between hotel and garage before they had to manually let me out.

So great if you want to go to a Cardinal game, see the arch etc. Great location. Reception staff were excellent!

Room was super clean! Staff were great on providing extra blankets and towels. We even got there early and they stored our bags until check in as we went to an early Cardinals game. We love staying here!

Very convenient to the stadium!

I loved how close the property was to our event. The elevators were broken. My husband has a bad back and had to climb 4 flights of stairs. There wasn’t a sign that said the elevators weren’t working. There wasn’t black mold in our room and in the hallways.

Very clean, organized, easy to navigate in the city. Only that the elevator was not working. Not enough to upset me though.

Clean room and efficient stagg

The hotel is fairly nice and right next to Busch Stadium. That’s where the good things ended. We stayed in the Executive suite and the room was nice but we woke up at 3:00am to a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. There was sewage stench venting into our master bathroom/room and kept getting worse until we left. The staff was not super helpful and did not offer any comps to make up for the horrible experience. The stay cost us over $450 and was NOT worth it. I would never stay there again.

It is close to the stadium and easy to get in and out of. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Front desk staff and valet attendants were excellent and very friendly. The hotel is right across the street from Busch Stadium, so it is very convenient if attending an event there. There is a restaurant in the hotel also, and a few close by. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Having a disability the valet parking was very helpful. Checking in very easy and the the staff was very courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious and filling. I will use The Westin again someday.

Extremely nice room & comfy pillows & bed. The bathroom was huge & location, location! Staff were great too, easy check-in & out. There were very minor areas that were not clean. The small bench had a tiny stain, not sure if it was makeup or food. Bathroom door handle felt like it had something on it. Nothing worth complaining to staff about.

Close to concert The room had broken shelves in bathroom, and the floor was not vacuumed.
