Le Meridien St. Louis Downtown

Housekeeping needs some serious organizational upgrades. I asked for clean linen 3x but never had a change done. They also came and knocked on my door 3x one morning and twice the day after. Something about an error in their system, but not convenient when sitting in teams meetings! I will stay elsewhere next time as management never acknowledged the issues (front desk staff) nor resolved something as simple as fresh linens mid-stay.

The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire stay feel welcoming and effortless. The location is also excellent for exploring downtown St. Louis, with many of the city’s attractions and restaurants within easy reach. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay at Le Méridien St. Louis again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Unfortunately this hotel has only been open for 8 days (new ownership?) and is being slowly renovated while guests are trying to stay there. The floors were dirty, rooms were sort of tidied with towels taken and only face towels left, the body wash was empty and not refilled, electrical workers/equipment/noise, privacy signs on room doors ignored, we had no lightbulb in our one room lamp and I had to walk down in the night to get one since the phone didn’t work, the morning offering was an urn of coffee and stale half bagels. Sadly for Marriott the list goes on and they will be hearing from me

Staff was absent, unaccommodating, or even sleeping on the couch. Valet was an unknown $45/night. Staff made themselves comfortable with hotels amenities. Loud rap music playing in lobby. Staff member watching foul mouthed movie in lobby. Just Ridicu

My toliet was nasty it had pee droppings on my toliet seat and nobody used the bathroom yet… we walked around the hotel before using anything!!!

The lobby was "cold". It was not super inviting. If there was a coffee bar, it was not apparent. Also, $45 per night on parking is an absurd amount of money to pay for parking. It was not disclosed at booking. I found other parking arrangements.

I had to pay for my vehicle to be parked and the fact my deposit takes so long to be put back on my card.

There were some items missing from bathroom.

Location & Style They didn’t have sufficient soap, body wash, tp for a week stay. Had to go to the front desk and ask for more.

1-the AC was not working properly. 2-the matress&pillows are not comfyat all. 3-parking should be free. Never again.

Everyone was super nice. Looked very sophisticated and beautiful inside. That there was only valet parking. So we had to go find parking 4 blocks away.

the temp in our room never went below 73 even though we had it set at 65. no conditioner in the shower.
