The hotel itself was very well maintained, and the woman at the front desk during the day was absolutely wonderful. Our room appeared to be clean, but we found a bottle cap on the night stand and the trash hadn’t been taken out. This was noticed as soon as we arrived in our room. I had to request extra bedding for the pull out couch 3 times before I was handed the bedding from the front desk to take to our room myself. After getting our vehicle back from valet, it looked as though a bag in the back had been gone through, because an article of clothing from that bag was on the floor. We later realized that souvenirs bought as gifts for our daughters were missing from a different bag that had been left in the vehicle during our stay.

alarms went off all night. It was a horrible stay. I want my money back.

Located on the same block as a church with a lot of homeless people posted up. Skittish elevators you will ever experience. The room is nice and the staff are helpful. Parking is a bit of a challenge. The breakfast in the morning is good.
-
To many homeless people outside of the hotel. Please get this cleaned up.

Bad experience. The bathroom door stuck halfway

Front desk staff was so very helpful.

This property is downtown and not in a great neighborhood. We saw active drug deals, people on the ground tripping on drugs/yelling, groups of adolescents circling around, and lots of unhoused people. It did not feel safe. $55 to valet, but there was no other safe option. The property was well maintained and a good breakfast, but outside is not a place you want to be alone or after dark.

The staff is always so accommodating. The valet guys are super helpful. Great hotel to stay at when going to Pride. It's a block away.

Good location with an easy walk to the City Museum and parks. The breakfast was good too. However, we booked our reservation for 4 people but only had 3 pillows in the room. We walked down to the front desk (since calling didn’t work) to ask for one more pillow and we were told they were out of pillows. How does a hotel run out of pillows?!? They apologized but had no other options for us. Thus, one of my family members had to sleep without a pillow (so much for their guarantee of “comfortable accommodations”). The hotel also couldn’t manage the valet - they ended up with many cars parked in the middle of the street overnight. We heard other guests comparing of the $55 valet charge for their car to be left in the middle of the street.

Everything about the hotel was great, the room , the staff and everyone was so cool. I would definitely stay there again. The location. I hated that in order not to pay 55 dollars a day I had to park my car at a meter the whole time I was there and couldn't move my car in fear that if I did my spot would be gone and I would have to pay $55 dollars a day. You I came out cheaper by paying the meter $4.45 every two hours, but I couldn't relax in fear I would get a $20 citation or that my car would be towed if I didn't feed the meter. Luckily they have an app you can pay on so I wouldn't have to run to my car to put money in the meter, but I couldn't relax until after 7pm when it was free. The only day I didn't have to worry about it was on Sunday because it's free all day. They definitely need a better location.

I was able to check in an hour early. No where to park. Booked at a certain price and checked in and had to pay extra for valet parking. It was not know that there would be an extra fee for parking/valet.

After a misunderstanding on my room being ready upon early check-in was resolved nearly 2 hours later, the rest of my stay was great. All staff that I encountered were super friendly and attentive to any needs. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but I expected more from 'Hilton.' My room was on the back side of the hotel, so no view, however, it made for quiet, dark nights for sleeping. And the layout of my room helped with not hearing other guests in the hallway. Doubtful I'll ever be in STL again, but if I am, I'd stay here again

All staff was amazing! Valet was worth the money.
-
construction and a large event in the area made check in terrible. valet parking was backed up forever. the staff was polite and breakfast was good. the overall area was not good tho. Expedia was not available to help us either. probably going to use a different service from now on.
-
The staff and breakfast was well worth staying in downtown St. Louis. I would be cautious being out at night, but the hotel was very safe with on-duty police patrolling.
-
The bed was very comfortable and the linens were top quality Dated looking and no parking available- unless you paid an outrageous price per day
-
Hotel being renovated but was clean and safe with security
-
Great location, great staff. Breakfast was just ok.

Paking was an issue, but the valet service was fantastic. Didn't like check in process, having everyone wait until 4 without a way to process first ones that were waiting in lobby. You need a number system for busy nights.
