Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, nice complimentary breakfast and nighttime security make this hotel an incredible value. The location is great too. The beds and pillows are not comfortable but they were very clean. This is not really an issue if traveling for business. I recommend this property.

Extremely nice hotel. Parking is valet so expensive . I did have a cold shower. Breakfast was great. TV had built in apps so we could use our accounts.

Seems to me that the website shows a different hotel that the one I stayed in. My upgraded room seemed like a downgrade. View on a brick wall, felt like a basement room. Good for one night stay maybe.

Checking in took over 40 minutes. Staff overwhelmed and seemed to have computer problems. Room was clean but shower faucet needed delimed and attention. Breakfast was not replenished in a timely manner. The hotel was fully booked and it seemed the kitchen and staff had not been prepared for the crowd that was there wanting to be fed and out the door for their convention. We skipped breakfast the second morning because of the disappointing first morning. The coffee bar was not stocked and that was a disappointment. The staff were polite and friendly.

Overall I had a positive experience because of the event occuring duriong the time of my visit. The staff was friendly, helpful and professtional. I was grateful after a long travel trip to be greeted by kind staff - reception, valet, security. Each very different and very helpful. Breakfast was fine both dayss. The surrounding area is was not desirable. We felt safe because our stay was during the Beatification of Archbishop Fulton Sheen so there was alot of traffic, cars and people everywhere. The condition of the front desk, lobby and rooms are very good. Disappointing was the hallway, up near the rooms. Unfortunately, the location is the only thing that would kept me from rebooking.

Arrived at 10pm. People sleeping on the street. Only street parking, valet was $55 per night. Asked security outside if my car would get broken into if we parked on the street, he replied he couldn’t make any promises. Continued to check in, as soon as we walked into the room we were hit by a wave of odor. We decided to stay else where. Staff was nice. Hotel is not giving us a refund. Very disappointed.

I liked that the property was close to the baseball field. Upon arrival, booking states that you can check in from 12am-12pm, that is not true, the staff says that they change it on booking but booking changes it back. Also, booking did not send over my booking, so, I didn’t have a reservation even though I had booked the room a month in advance. The staff was able to book me a room. I was told by the staff the rooms would be ready at 4pm and I could check in. At 4pm I come back to the hotel only to be told that none of the rooms were ready even though check out is at 11am. At 4:30 I was able to finish check in and was in the room by 4:45. The cost per night, the deposit and having to pay for parking makes it very inexcusable for the room to not be ready.
