Terrible place. Dirty Floors and hall way. No Cleaning at all.. Iron board was so old and it had damage that I didn't notice and when I ironed my shirt got damaged. Over all Terrible stay.

There was an odor in the hall in the 7th floor that smelled like sewer which I complained about but it was there the entire week. Staff was to send someone up but to no success it remained there

Front desk lady didn't explain much at check in. We didn't know where anything was including parking and location of elevators.

Liked the location to the ballpark. Wished the double beds were queens.

There were individuals smoking weed directly outside the entrance of the hotel. It took an hour for us to get our vehicle from the valet upon checking out of the hotel. The carpet in our room had sticky substances on it. There was red mold in the bathroom.

For as big as the unloading line was, check in was incredibly efficient. There were some hiccups with the parking garage, but it is being renovated, so not a surprise. Our room was quiet, clean, and spacious.
