Magnolia Hotel St. Louis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Just an overnight trip for the game. Close enough to walk and price was good.

We also hung out in the bar. Very comfortable spot with great bar staff. 10/10 for us!

Clean room and friendly staff!!

Location was great, for our purpose (convention). We used valet parking and they were very helpful. The bathroom was small. Housekeeping only made up our room 4 out of 6 days, mostly we needed coffee, which the front desk readily supplied. We had one meal in the restaurant and it was tasty, service was great. Starbucks is in the Marriott across the street, so very close, also. Would stay again, if in St Louis.

Great staff! Unfortunately the Internet was out due to a strong lightning storm and we couldn't check in until late. After we returned late to finally check in, the staff bent over backwards to make our stay better in spite of the Internet problem. Room was excellent, larger than most I've stayed in and was very clean. I just can't say enough about the night desk attendant. She was wonderful!

Building is historic and very pretty. Rooms are fine, but not great. We just stayed two nights and it was fine. Would pick a different hotel if it was going to be a longer stay. Front desk staff were all very friendly. Valet staff was not rude by any means, but they were not near as friendly as the front desk staff.

Everything was fantastic. The older lady at the bar could have worn a smile.

This hotel was just beautiful. Wish we were staying longer. Was walking distance to Arch and ballpark. Staff was just amazing. We were flying in from out of town and coming in a lot earlier than check in time and they were able to get us an early checkin. They took our luggage and we went and walked around until they called to let us know the room was ready. We didn't utilize the bar or restaurants because we weren't there long. But we will definitely stay again next time we're in town.

Just want to clarify that the hotel itself (inside) is great. The staff, rooms, and amenities are exactly what you would expect from a Magnolia. The surrounding area with the city is filthy however. Im not sure what happened to downtown St Louis but it is no place I care to visit again anytime soon.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were good. I loved the bathroom it provided plenty of space. We had a few hiccups with the valet, but they fixed it immediately. Overall, a great stay.

The place was immaculate, rooms were large, the best thing was you weren’t shunned for having a dog, they even had treats and water for your arrival. It was an upscale Laquita Inn for dog owners.

The front desk staff was amazing. The man helped me check into my room 4 hours early and extended my parking by a couple hours so I wouldn't have to pay for anywhere else. Truly a great stay in St. Louis.

Great Service, Convenient

The room was very nice and the bed was lovely! The coffee was superb… The complementary cookies are delicious! We recommend paying for the breakfast with the room… You could not get this yummy, ample breakfast anywhere for $10! All staff members/employees were so helpful and accommodating!

Only issues with stay were the valet. On arrival traffic not properly controlled resulting in congestion and frustration with multiple drivers trying to unload. On departure one valet let us know it was ok to leave our car out front while another was upset that we left it out front. Not great arrival or departure, all else GREAT!
