Had to switch rooms late night because the air didn’t work in first room. The shower barely worked in both rooms though. Overall, the stay was what we needed (small pool which accommodated all ages, nice size room)
-
The area and the parking was terrible
-
Nothing Parking was 3 blocks down on the side of the road because the pay to park lot 2 blocks down was full. Pool was GREEN View was concrete wall Hotel was run down and DIRTY Paint chipping in bathtub
-
The room was comfortable, and just like I had expected when I saw the pictures. It was a nice one-night stay for both me and my friend. The location was generally good, and it wasn't much of a walk from anything. We had trouble with the bathroom, the shower was lacking some pressure, and it looked like the toilet was leaking a little. Just some things needed to be fixed, like lighting and such.

No parking lot

There were a couple of good front desk attendants. There were another couple of employees that were less than helpful. The area and parking situation. Area dirt and unkempt. Got a parking ticket because of renovation and very bad signage. The outlets didn't work until after I (the customer) had to figure out and fix the problem. The AC was broken and stuck on 58°.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room wasn’t clean. The bathroom didn’t have any soap or clean towels. There was garbage left in the room from the person that stayed in it before us. There were dirty cups. The bathroom sink was still dirty.
-
The concessions in the lobby. The room for falling apart. The walls were tapped together and the panel on the bathroom sink as coming off. The room was dirty, the beds weren’t made properly and there was hair all over the bathroom ceiling.

Location was good for walking to the stadium. Downstairs lobby is nice. Staff was great. Room was quiet, even being close to elevators. Parking is not convenient and costs extra. The pool was green (very gross) and there were no signs saying it was closed. It should be. The rooms are nice, but even with the AC on, they felt just a bit damp (floors, sheets, etc). Bathtub/shower needs updated (room 271)

I liked the area, the hotel is deceiving Not clean, ratchet doors, very unkept. Might be the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at
-
Carpet was stained and dirty, my grandbaby ran around in the room for an hour or so...bottom of his feet were black!!!
-
The noise level was high, including after 10.30pm, although they happened to be accommodating a youth conference and the noise from the pool traveled. In general though, it was a really solid option for the reasonable price.

We like the location. Let us check in early. Parking was non-existent for this hotel, front desk lady asked if she can help us and then turned to another person to ring up their pop, ignoring us. The bathroom in our room looked like the tub was painted with latex paint and then someone colored their hair in it. There were short black curly hairs on the ceiling in the bathroom tub area. Bathroom had water damage by the fan. The hotel staff never brought the blanket up like they said they would. There must have been a youth convention as there were loud teenagers outside our room at late hours
-
The staff was nice The hotel was filthy very outdated
-
Very dirty, pretty much entire place inside and outside. We will not be back.
-
Parking was extremely unsafe could be closer to hotel. Maybe a parking garage room was clean. Air-conditioning was good. Staff was great. Everything else was not location surroundings parking. The area on the outside does not have great lighting and it’s in a horrible part of town.
-
Location Not enough staffing to help guests. Issues with the elevators and stairs. Huge fight in the hallway at 2am and no staff to help
-
They did not serve Breakfast It was dirty had to have them come and put clean sheets on bed . hallway was dirty and look like been vacuumed in sixmonths trash in the hallway
-
The location I booked a king room they put me in a queen room and someone was already staying in that room so they had to relocate that person
-
The breakfast was good. The room, the staff, the hot lobby, a restaurant that wasn’t open so I had to uber food, a bar with no ac, my tub peeling, ceiling and wall with water stains, no working ice machine, staff sweating profusely and unaware of amenities. Bugs in bed, stains on sheets, room ac so loud couldn’t hear tv. Just bad.
