Location for us was the main pull as we came for an event at the Dome of America. The room wasn’t made up as requested. It only had ONE trash can! The iron didn‘t work well & there was no hair dryer available.

Location relative to the convention center The breakfast buffet staff was way under manned. Too many people for the amount of food prepared. They were obviously not expecting nor prepared for the event. The facilities also had a lot of deferred maintenance issues

The pool was freezing cold, the toilet ran all night, the thermostat did not change the temperature no matter how much I adjusted the settings. The halls looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. The tub was stained, and tiles were loose.

Staff We had to change rooms. The thermostat was broken, the room was freezing, the toilet backed up and the shower dripped. The room was not cleaned well, there was still belongings and pubic hair from the previous guest.

The hotel should be required to state off site parking only. The Radisson needs to seriously evaluate this hotel for a major revamp. Absolutely ridiculous that that is a 'convention center' hotel. Parking, rooms need desperate renovation,

I did not like it. No parking, dirty, no working ice machine on my floors room was filthy. See above.

Safety felt like an afterthought here. There was no parking available, which was the first red flag. In the room, wires were poking out of the wall — not exactly reassuring. A cabinet was broken and hanging off, and the shower was disgusting, with visible chipping and signs of wear that made it unpleasant to even use. When we pulled up after the concert their happened to be two cars having a TWERK OFF in the porte cochere! I remind you this is a real review and expereince we had and not a GTA cut scene. If you're considering this hotel - DONT! Between the safety concerns and the state of the room, this was one of the worst stays I've had. We decided to take the loss and drove home that night instead of staying here. PLEASE BE WARY!

I liked the location... The bathtub paint was peeling really bad, and the wood thing that it's kind of under the sink kept peeling off, even though you are informed there will be breakfast, there isn't.

Clean comfortable rooms. Excellent staff. Great location.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The entire place was filthy, run-down, and clearly neglected. The rooms were falling apart and looked like they hadn’t been properly maintained in years. The hallways smelled strongly of sewage, and the pool was so cloudy that I wouldn’t even consider getting in it. The front desk area was just as bad, with a major leak in the ceiling and water all over the floor. There is absolutely no excuse for a hotel to be in this condition. This place desperately needs serious cleaning, repairs, and basic maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I definitely will not be staying here again.

Didn’t have a parking lot . Had dirty towels in the bathtub looked like some like someone wipe there ass with the towel that as in bathtub
