Upon arriving late at night with my husband and 7-year old son, the hotel staff could not find my reservation that was booked through Expedia. We were told they have a new system and have had issues lately with third party bookings. I’d even called earlier that evening and spoke to staff about a possible late arrival and was assured we would be fine and that “they’d put a note on the account.” So I was extra surprised to have this type of an issue once we got there. Two staff members worked hard on their end to figure out the issue and it took me even longer to try and contact someone from Expedia. After almost an hour with my husband and exhausted son waiting in the lobby, we ended up having to cancel and rebook around midnight. Michael and Jerry at the hotel worked hard to try and resolve the issue and figure things out while the check-in line grew behind me. They were patient and kind with all of the guests as well as those calling the front desk throughout asking for services. They even offered something from the snack area on the house to some of the guests waiting behind me. However, given the amount of time we were waiting and all of the check-in drama, we found it odd not to be offered anything in return for our inconvenience. Not that free Diet Pepsi would have fixed things, but something would have been nice?

Very nice large rooms. Very clean. A bit of traffic noise, but overall, a nice place to stay.

The hotel location is good.

The location was fantastic my venue was right across the street! The parking was a little weird.

The portions of the hotel that we used (room, check out desk, elevator, common hallways) were very clean, one of the most important aspects of our stay. Most of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We are used to staying at a hotel chain that provides an included breakfast. We found the Bistro prices awfully high and chose to eat at local breakfast eateries instead. We also usually park our car in the hotel parking lot, but our choices here were to pay for valet parking at $48 a day, or self park in a structure a block away for $40 a night. The total cost for parking was more than one night of our stay. The combination of those two extra expenses soured my experience a bit and is the reason for a 4-star rating.

The hotel was located in a great spot and very clean. The staff was also superb and very helpful. Parking was located nearby and easy to access. Overall, it was a great stay. However, I did find it somewhat ridiculous that housekeeping only visits every other day. For the amount of money I paid to stay here, I expected housekeeping to visit daily. Also, the flat sheets that were used in lieu of a fitted sheet were not big enough for the beds so you ended up sleeping on the mattress. Please do better in that regard.

Staff was terrible except the valet which was very nice.no help with front desk needing extra towels for the next day shower had hair in it when we arrived just wasn’t up to standard on anything.

Needs free parking and a microwave

Really could have had better pillows and amenities.
