Stayed here for much 7th anniversary in the king suite. Couldn't have been worse. TV didn't work. Loft room Gym equipment didnt work. Front desk staff lied when they didnt send up maintenance to fill my fireplace and said i called to ask for fuel and also to say not to send anyone when i called back because no one showed up after 25 minutes. 24/7 valet isnt available at night. They dont help with bags.

Definitely ones of the nicest hotels that I have ever stayed at. The hotel and artwork are beautiful. The staff are extremely nice and incredibly professional. Everything about the trip was perfect.

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff, with a unique dining experience in IDOL WOLF as a bonus. And a special shout out to the morning crew at GOOD PRESS! Add the in house museum, great location and the very reasonable room rate, this truly at the top of my list of hotels in downtown STL.

Great front desk staff! I stayed for Chris Brown & Usher concert.

Helpful Courteous Great location for downtown activities

Our stay was good. Just wish rooms were bigger. Not much room for a family of 4.

Late check in. We arrived at 4pm and room was still not ready. Room was sub par clean. Air filter in main room was covered in a super thick dust and hair. Stayed here due to its reputation but not so sure this property held up to the other 21c’s I’ve stayed in. Also their bourbon at 8pm is not a thing and I asked for a ticket and the front desk seemed annoyed. Anyways, probably not again for the price.

Our room was not properly maintained. The curtains were torn when we checked in, and the shower was dirty. Although housekeeping attempted to clean it after we reported the issue, it was still not acceptably clean. The front office manager acknowledged the problems and said a credit would be applied at checkout, but no credit was provided at checkout. The neighborhood did not feel safe, especially in the evening. We did not feel comfortable walking around and chose to drive instead. Valet parking was extremely expensive and not a good value. Paying a premium valet fee on top of an already expensive stay made the overall cost even harder to justify. Breakfast was one of the biggest disappointments. The breakfast bar repeatedly ran out of food, and several menu items were unavailable during service. The operation seemed disorganized. Dinner at Idol Wolf was equally disappointing. Some of the food was burnt, and our dessert arrived oversalted and dry. For a restaurant associated with a luxury hotel, the quality was not what we expected. The hotel has an interesting art concept, but that alone does not make up for poor room maintenance, disappointing food, expensive valet parking, and a location where we did not feel comfortable walking. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again or recommend it.

We would definitely stay again.

OMG!! this place is so beautiful, warm, and clean loved everything about it. The art room on the 2nd floor to the lobby. The restrooms on the main floor. Even the rooms where so nice. Differently coming back to stay 1000%. My only thing is they need a small snack room or something for us late night snackers lol

Has to be one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. All of the employees were amazing. And the best amenities. Pool, shuffle board, pool table and the 2nd floor is a beautiful art museum. Rooms were clean with plenty of room

Such a unique space! Art is emeshed throughout the entire building, creating a warm, inviting space (and a ton of photo ops). Every staff member we encountered was kind, engaging, and helpful. Having access to the pool and fitness center was wonderful for our stay. Breakfast at Good Press was 10/10. We will definitely be back!

The spa is so amazing, we’d come to St. Louis just for this amenity; loved the galleries too!
