The parking situation is a little awkward, and the restaurants are VERY overpriced, but overall it's an amazing hotel with an amazing pool and amazing art.

The staff at this hotel were top notch. Excellent employees only added to the beauty of this hotel. Our room was lovely. The beds were top quality. The layout and yhe artwork made it seem less like a hotel and more like home. The hotel itself is gorgeous. My favorite hotel so far in life.

Wonderful hotel! Loved the art, the room and bar. Will be back.

This place is gorgeous

Very average at best. Dont expect a luxe experience. Worn down some. Bad part of town.

Very friendly staff, the room was very nice. We did enjoy our stay

The room was dirty behind the door. A dirty coffee cup was used to hold the sugars and creamers. Only 1 cup ( which was that cup) was in the room. The 2nd night we didn't have a bath mat or extra toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk ask 10:30p to get toilet paper. The front desk acted annoyed at our request. The hotel was beautiful. The bartenders and valet guys were the friendliest. We were checking out at 630a on the 3rd day... valet wasn't open yet so we had to go to the front desk. The lady was rude and very irritated that she had to look for our keys, walk across the street and open the gate herself so we could get our car out. We didn't feel safe walking in the neighborhood. There were homeless people EVERYWHERE at dusk. Asking for money and making weird comments. The museum was in the middle of redoing the art so that was bare. The bed was much firmer than I prefer but that's just a personal preference. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast was good, but it took over an hour to arrive. So it may not be for busy people. The room for the breakfast (cafeteria) seems too small while lobby and restaurant are much spacious.

Would highly recommend to others. Also recommend staying at the Hilton at union station.

We liked everything about this hotel! The artwork all over the hotel is beautiful and then you have the art museum on the entire 2nd floor. We used the pool, gym and steam room daily during our stay. The bar has a nightly bourbon pour after 8pm and a lovely multi level outdoor patio. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times as we always had questions! 5 stars. 10/10.

Great Look, Major Security and Service IssuesThe hotel looks amazing, but the service, maintenance, and security were highly disappointing.Security: Returned to find my room completely unlocked and unattended after requesting room service. I had to go to the front desk to resolve it.Check-In: Overcharged for an early check-in fee beyond the agreed amount.Room: Shower dispensers were broken off the wall, unsightly, and empty.Housekeeping: Day two bed was made incorrectly; housekeeper took a tip to fix it but never returned.Dining: Restaurant server was rude and brought wrong utensils.Patio: Sat for an hour with zero service next to previous guests' dirty drinks.Note: I am still awaiting a response from management regarding these issues.

First time I've stayed at a hotel where there wasn't complimentary coffee and or water. The bar service sucked and the prices for everything including the coffee was too much. I won't stay there again!
-
The A/C in my room would not cool the room. The maintenance person came to look at it, left and never returned. Lukewarm water for the shower. Non-existent staff to assist. The location is poor; 20 minute walk to downtown, with no restaurants or attractions nearby. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was over priced and average at best. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We loved how quiet our room was. The breakfast was wonderful. The athletic club was a hit with the kids. It was so nice to have a restaurant right there and we loved moving the penguins around. Is definitely stay there again.
-
The location was great, appreciated the lobby dining option. Very interesting set up with art installations etc. we didn’t get a chance to see the pool
-
Nice hotel, interesting decor and design. Nicely appointed rooms however the living room carpet needs cleaning. Coffee station had no cups. Red Bull can behind the couch. Handle to toilet door about to fall off. Glass cup in bathroom was missing. With all that being said we enjoyed the hotel, the restaurant food was excellent. Just spend some time cleaning the rooms and you have a winner. Simple fix. Good Hotel

everyday became a ritual to speak to staff at front desk (attentive), but never resolved issue. we wound up having to use the bathroom in the lobby area everyday . staff would send engineering staff everyday, and the toilet never flushed! ever. on the final day, we were offered to move to another room. we did not accept offer since it was last day. so sad. vacation with no restroom.
