21C Museum Hotel St Louis

This hotel is really interesting because it’s a very old (1926) YMCA so has a HUGE , really nice indoor pool for a hotel- and hot tub and spa amenities. The museum is also very interesting. The huge problem with my stay was lack of staff. Restaurant: closed for table service, had to order at the bar, and it took three selections from the menu until I was not met with “I’m sorry we’re out of that”. (And not a Big menu to begin with). Then in the morning, same thing at the cafe , out of many items, payment machine not working etc. the staff that were there were super nice and doing there best to be very helpful, but not a great experience

This place is very nice and modern. The room was clean and nice. Checkin and out was great. I believe the front desk worker was 'Mae' She was so nice and helpful in a quick and easy to understand manner.

The massage therapist was amazing! The property was really nice. I will be back if I travel to STL again.

Very upscale Parking

Its probably a better hotel for adults and couples vs kids. With Museum in the name I expected a bit more kid orientated hotel. Room was small but bathroom was very large compared to most hotels. The hotel doesnt have many restaurants near by. U need to drive or uber to other parts of downtown for options.

Deluxe king room was a little small the large coffee table made it awkward to get around the room

The history, the art, the gallery and the Idol Wolf lounge & Bar The housekeeping department and some of the front desk staff unfortunately let this hotel down. What could have been a good stay was made unbearable by lack of housekeeping . They did not bother to clean room, change sheets or towels or even replace sugar and coffee pods unless I asked and we were there for a whole week . Some of the hotel front desk staff were also rude and did not want to go above the bare minimum to offer any help. Special shout out to Justin and his entire team at the bar and Drummond at the front desk who seem to be the only people who understand what customer service and good hospitality is all about . I also still have not received the hold for incidentals from the charge on my card credited back to my account . I emailed and even that I still dint get a response .

Cool hotel with a great restaurant and bar! Not much around there to speak of though.

Property is ok. Place is really calm and room was nice. The restaurant and bar has their own unique space. Museum area is artistic. The pillows a little hard to sleep. Little dusty and some maintenance needed. In our room we have the toilet door knob is needed attention. Looks like it was never been glued or screwed. The pool needs to be cleaned and flooring have to be not slippery it was very dangerous to be there with the child.

Vale cada dólar que pagues! Solo no me gustó el desayuno, se demoraron demasiado. Necesitan mejorar el tiempo del servicio. Pero del resto excelente
